Christopher was extremely professional and calm. It was a relatively simple booking but I was too flustered to do it myself even though I had dealt with things like this before for the whole family. He was kind and considerate and understood what I was looking for immediately. He gave several options but knew which would suit me best. His help was so appreciated at a stressful time for me. We went in to price a one week, self catering holiday to Fuerteventura.
Margot knows that we like to cruise with P&O and quickly found us a deal for a two week cruise for not much more than what we’d spend on the self catering holiday we went to price. Not only that but she found us a great deal for a fly cruise in 2027.
Her knowledge and expertise, got us two great deals!

Didn't have to do anything. Margo done it all. Margo is a very nice person. My experience was great as everything got done in no time with a lovely lady who was very helpful. I will definitely be back to Hays Travel for my holidays

Chris was amazing, attentive and helped us get exactly what we wanted. What we paid was significantly less than a competitor's quote. I wouldn't use any other to book my trips as I get fabulous service every time.
