We went in for last minute holiday and was glad of the knowledge and professionalism of staff. Gave all options and information about hotel, flights,destination, fees etc.
No pushy sales tactics and friendly atmosphere.
So much so we came back and booked another one !

the Alloa branch was clean and welcoming,we were greeted by Christopher who was polite very friendly and professional,
he understood our needs and worked hard to meet all of them while advising us of aspects of our booking that we had not considered.
over all a very pleasant experience.

Great service
Great service. Jodie was lovely and very helpful. The rest of the team also seemed nice and the lady who does the travel money (sorry I can't remember your name!) has always been super polite friendly and knowledgeable. Have used Hays Alloa to book my last 2 holidays and never had any issues.

That you can trust the agents to do their very best
After having a scam experience whilst buying tickets on line I have used Hays travel to alleviate any anxieties I now have when planning a holiday. My experiences have always been friendly, but professional and it is exciting to visit the travel agents when you know that all your worries will vanish because of their expertise.
