We found all the staff at Hays travel very polite and friendly. When we inadvertently got the wrong date for our booking Arran kindly changed it very quickly for us.

I have full confidence in the staff at Allestree Derby. This time Kelly searched for alternative dates without my having asked her to do so in order to get the best price for me. I will continue to go to Hays Travel.

Really glad I went to Hays rather than booking online independently
Really glad I went to Hays rather than booking myself. Kelly asked questions I wouldn't have thought of and made sure I had the support I needed for my health conditions. She also made sure my cabin was not under the theatre. She had a deck plan of the ship so I could make informed choices. Really good unhurried personalised experience.
