I was looking for a last minute family…
I was looking for a last minute family holiday abroad and popped into Hays Travel in Allestree. Instantly met with a warm welcoming reception from Kelly the branch manager. Her attention to detail was top class and once I found a holiday with Kelly's help it was a no brainer to book it. Everything was explained in a thorough professional manner and I would definitely use Hays Travel in future. Currently on holiday and must say everything has ran smooth and all enjoying our time away, many thanks!

The best holiday booking experience.
Lewis was amazing. He jotted down what we were wanting and found us our holiday very quickly. He did look at other areas and had a lot of knowledge. I felt listened to and he was very approachable for all our needs as we were a group of 5 also. Well done Lewis. All of the above made this easy, fun and was completed so quickly. Thank you.
