Normally I don’t write reviews but Jack Marcroft has done such an exceptional job with my claim he handled it like a professional straight to the point and dealt with my claim it was refreshing this man deserves a promotion great job Jack.

What a terrible company and honestly surprised to see them still trading such a dominant way.

On 8th August they approved for the hired vehicle by the file handler called Matt and from 11th August to until today every single day they postponing the delivery in next day but this next day never turn up. The person handling the hired car called William Leitch. Every day making things up with new excuses and Heaven insurance company are unable to help in any way than leaving me in limbo with Sovereign Automative.

I am dreadfully disappointed, frustrated and in continuous loss in every way and yet they don’t accelerate things in any way.

Heaven claims won’t take any step to resolve this matter neither have any interest to maintain regular communication to update whatsoever.

The star rating is for the customer services i recieved of mr l walton this guy went above and beyond to help where everyone else didnt want to know so id like to thank lee for all his help after a lengthy claim

This company is a joke waiting for recovery rang them at 10am been given about 5 different ETA and its now 2pm

My car was written off, and I was waiting for the total loss report. The people handling my case made mistakes they just saying oh sorry it’s our fault and Every time I called, I got 6–7 different answers from different people. I made a complaint, and they apologised but did not want to resolve the case. After the engineer’s report came, the person dealing with it started complicating the matter and sent it back to the underwriter again, who are apparently “uncontrolled” and have no set time to respond. I was told it had been referred to them, but when I checked earlier on different occasions, they told me the referral happened only recently. This back-and-forth is playing on my mind they have left me confused and frustrated.

Really i get help that I need

I spoke to Claims Handler Barbara Turner who provided me with incredible Customer Service from the very first call, as a new driver this was all very nerve-racking for me, Barbara explained the process in detail, also calling me back to advise I could have a courtesy car for 7 days, this was extremely helpful as it allowed me to continue to work whilst I searched for a new car.

I now have my new car and I love it! I called again today to get the claim closed and have my policy cancelled and thankfully Barbara was on hand once again to assist me!

I have re-insured with Acorn Group on my new vehicle purely because of Barbara and the service she gave me.

I was on the phone to make a claim, and I was speaking to an agent named Kyle who kindly assisted us. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout our entire conversation. We spent over an hour on the phone and Kyle made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Even when I asked the same questions over and over, he remained calm and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable when speaking to him. Having spent nearly three hours on the phone trying to sort out an incorrect excess charge Yusaff realised the error was with Haven. He quickly sorted the issue and organised for me to receive a £350 refund. He was kind and patient and tbh deserves a medal as everyone else was adopting the ‘pass the buck’ policy. Hello guys I have taxi insurance with them . And I claim the insurance my car in garage they taking too long . Every time they say part is not available it's taking nearly 2 months. And I say which countries its part coming from any off world its maximum 1week .also can u not track . They say they dony know and they no i dea .I have comprehensive insurance with them. but they only give for 3 weeks courtesy car . This company seriously not understand people problem. Iam private hire driver and with out car what i do . And how i pay my bill .this company it's scam plz . I thinking they just people fool .
