I love the product but I ordered the wrong size. (Their sizing is confusing to say the least!) The returns process is awful. The website is hard to navigate and the "print returns label" just wouldn't work. So I called customer services to be told that I had to pay to return them to an address in Italy. This will probably cost more than what the shoes are worth and the address doesn't even have Havaianas in it, seems like a generic address, so Im nervous that they will not even receive them. Shocking returns process and for this reason I will never order from this site again.

Wir haben 3 Schuhe bestellt und davon 2 zurückgeschickt, weil leider nicht gepasst. Bis heute (nach 5 Monaten) haben wir das Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekommen, obwohl wir mehrfach angerufen haben. Zuerst wird behauptet, das Geld kommt noch, dann wieder es wurde überwiesen, obwohl man per Kontoauszug nachweist, dass kein Geld eingegangen ist.
Würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen, wenn man nicht genau weiß, dass man die Sachen behalten möchte.

Terrible quality. I purchased one of the rubber type bags for my holiday. I used it for one week and then only inside my beach bag to keep things organised. On arriving home I found the handle had broken. I sent photos and was told this was wear and tear. £20 for a weeks use? Not fit for purpose. And not able to leave a review on the product nor reply to their email. Save your money people.

Meine Frau hat im April ein paar Havaianas bestellt und bezahlt, die Lieferung erfolgte prompt, die Schuhe waren trotz Anpassung über die angegebene Schablone zu klein. Die Rücksendung erfolgte mit dem entsprechenden Rücksendeschein auf eigene Kosten nach Italien, angeblich sollte ein größeres Paar automatisch geschickt werden. Das ist bis heute nicht passiert, trotz x-facher telefonischer Kontakte und der Versprechung, zu reagieren. Jedesmal andere Sachbearbeiter, alle freundlich, aber komplett inkompetent. Miserabler Service...

Si compras en España, olvídalo!!!. Son un desastre!!!! pero realmente inútiles. No compren más Havainnas. La calidad ha caído mucho.
1) te ponen las tallas brasileras para europa
2) quieren que tú pagues por la devolución
3) Tardan un mes el trámite
4) y hasta 4 semanas más para devolverte el dinero
SON COMPLETAMENTE INÚTILES.

Absolutely shocking customer experience. Placed my order two weeks ago and paid for 3-5 day delivery. It's now two weeks later and I still haven't received my order and the customer service department is not able to tell me anything about where my order is or if I will be able to get a refund.

How can any company get away with taking your money and giving you nothing in return.

Do not use this company unless you really want to lose your money!!!

Awful. Product broke within 3 months. Customer service is useless. I've demanded my money back. It's been 3 weeks. I'll never buy from this brand again.

Delivery arrived just fine. But they do not fit. My fault, however the returns progress is terrible. Pay for postage to return, but the return address is in Italy!! £16 to return £20 pair of flip flops!

Ordered flip flops over 2 weeks ago. They never left the warehouse. 3 calls and 3 emails later and I’m still waiting for my refund. Customer service line is awful and there is no customer service at Havianas.

Ordered over 2 months ago and received one the pairs wrong. I communicated with the store and after providing photos they agreed to return the wrong item. 2 months after, seeing that it was delivered to their warehouse, and after reaching out to them still no refund or reply. They are simply just stealing people's money and they have the worst customer service. I haven't seen such a service from any other store by far it makes me wonder how it is so popular. The products are not even worth it as it badly made. Be cautious when buying.

My review bears no beef with the efficiency of the store, more with the product being sold. Every pair of Havaianas I have bought since around 2010 have broken at the toe strap join within weeks. I'm getting a short week's holiday of wear, then anytime without warning & usually with a fair way to walk barefooted, SNAP- they break. Please listen to your customers & improve manafacture/design to overcome this, as it's a dead product as it stands.

Sent 4 messages saying you are not in and that their courier has attempted to deliver, but you were not in. Really??

Its a business address its manned from 6am - 10pm 7 days per week by more than 50 employees....You sure I was not in? Requested a refund, had no reply. I can see why the rest of these reviews are all horrific.

Distance selling law enables a 14 day cool off period for anything purchased over the phone or online. You are in breach of my legal rights and thus I have now reported you to trading standards and refunded the fee direct via my bank for fraud . -ENJOY :)

Ich hatte mir vor kurzem 2 Paar Schuhe bestellt, leider passte davon 1 Paar nicht, sodass ich dieses Paar gerne zurück senden wollte.
Allerdings stellte ich über einen sehr komplizierten Umweg fest, dass die Portokosten der Kunde bzw. Käufer tragen muss. Dadurch, dass das Paket nach Italien geht, beträgt das Porto zwischen 10-15 Euro. Bei meinem Paar Schuhen die knapp 30 Euro gekostet haben lohnt sich dieser Aufwand schon nicht mehr. Ein Rücksendelabel wie bei anderen Onlineshops sucht man also vergebens und das im Jahr 2018! Kundenfreundlich ist definitiv etwas anderes.
Ich werde hier nichts mehr bestellen und kann jedem davon nur abraten.

Ordered two pairs of Havaianas via their website. Big mistake. My order was delivered to someone else in my neighbourhood, even though I was at home all day, the driver allegedly said that there was no-one at my address! It took several calls to Customer Services, I was cut off a few times which is very frustrating, and two days later I managed to locate the delivery parcel at a nearby address. Why did the delivery go there??
There was only one pair of shoes in the parcel - I ordered and paid for two!! Every time I called Customer services I was told that I needed my original shoebox and parcel so that they could investigate where the error occurred (warehouse, delivery etc). But how could I do this if I never received the parcel in the first place? I gave up. I will never ever buy Havaianas again.

It’s the worse customer experience ever! I bought a pair of flip flop on the UK website and the size was too big. I wanted to return them but the return address is in Italy, so the postage costs twice the price of the item (~£40 with a guarantee). I’ve contacted the customer service but they told me I should read the conditions carefully...

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. I ORDERED 3 PAIRS OF FLIP FLOPS AND SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER ARRIVED (DELIVERED TO A COMPLETELY INCONVENIENT SHOP WAY AWAY FROM MY HOUSE, IN THE LONDON CONGESTION ZONE SO I COULDN'T EVEN DRIVE THERE). IN ORDER FOR THEM TO ORGANISE A RETURN, THEY SAID THEY FIRST NEEDED DETAILED PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE ONES THEY SENT WRONGLY AND THEN THEY EVENTUALLY AGREED TO SEND A COURIER TO COLLECT, WHO DIDN'T TURN UP. THEY WILL NOT SEND OUT THE RIGHT SHOES UNTIL THESE WRONG ONES ARE RETURNED AND THEY HAVE RETRIEVED THE RIGHT ONES FROM WHOEVER RECEIVED THEM INCORRECTLY IN FRANCE!!!! UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, USELESS PEOPLE ON THE END OF THE PHONE, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE IT AND I BUY A LOT OF THINGS ONLINE. I AM APPALLED. I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY FLIP FLOPS AND THEY WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND. DO NOT NOT NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BUY THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY.

Rücksendungen sind nur nach Italien möglich, deshalb hohe Versandkosten bei Nichtgefallen! Ist zwar EU-Recht, aber nicht kundenfreundlich. Wesentlich schwerwiegender ist, dass das Rücksendeprozedere nicht funktioniert: die Beschreibung auf dem Beipackzettel stimmt nicht, der Link "Rückgabe" auf der Seite führt ins Nirvana und wenn man mit viel Fantasie dann doch auf der Seite angekommen ist, wo man die Rücksendung beantragen kann, stürzt die Seite ab!

I have been trying to contact their Customer Service dept for a few weeks now - sending emails with photos of my complaint - and trying to ring them - the number used was based in Ireland!!!!! The person I spoke to was very hard to understand and spoke so slowly I wanted to give up - managed to get an alternative email address but not holding out much hope of a response - have not even received an acknowledgement of my complaint - would not recommend buying online to anyone - they need to get their act together.

Habe am 21.3. 3 Paar Kinderschuhe bestellt. Bekommen habe ich eine Lieferung für jemand anderen (2 Paar Herrenschuhe). Ich habe mich bisher 4 x! telefonisch beschwert (das hat allerdings niemanden interessiert (der erste Mitarbeiter gab sogar die Schud der DHL???) und bislang sind weder die falschen Schuhe am verabredeten Termin abgeholt worden, noch habe ich meine Lieferung erhalten (bzw. wie ich jetzt wünsche das Geld zurück bekommen)! Per E-Mail kann man keinen Verantwortlichen kontaktieren. Das ist der schlechteste online Shop und Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe!!!
