The item I bought was late and appeared to have been lost by Royal Mail. After a just a few days I received a refund however on that day the item arrived. I contacted this seller to repay the refund. They said to keep the item and the refund as a gesture of goodwill. Excellent service.

Company blamed post then said they've got none left of what I ordered. I ordered through my carers card app so thought they could be trusted HOW WRONG WAS I. have only been offered a full refund but I ordered a Christmas present so not really ideal for a refund. On my experience I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN EDIT company contacted me then the next day my tablet arrived all looks gd with tablet and company offered me a FULL REFUND as a gesture of goodwill so fair play

I ordered an iPad through discount experts and it was ment to be sent by hatemyphone for my granddaughters birthday,well the birthday has now been and gone and it still hasn’t arrived,I’ve messaged hatemyphone 3 times now and they won’t ever reply

I am quite happy with the iPad mini 4th grn I got for my daughter. It's working just perfect, and it was quite clean too (wasn't expecting that as it was 9nly for my daughter.

I ordered a used Samsung A10 on Friday afternoon it arrived on Tuesday. It arrived with a small amount of charge in the battery so I left it to charge over night.
I fitted the sim card & SD card & everything worked correctly.

Took a star as through Wowcher we were able to choose colours and I didn’t receive the colour requested questionable who was to blame and colour doesn’t impact usage so no real issue so just gave feedback :)

This is an updated review after my dealings with Hate My Phone.
I believe the company itself has good intentions and was distraught at my initial 1 star review. (See below for my experiences with GoGroopie.)

After my experience, I received a phone call and email from Freya at Hate My Phone to discuss the 1-Star review.

I explained the situation and how I believed it was simply a legal scam.
She assured me that it wasn't and that the voucher system is simply a lottery based scheme, that the company itself fulfills a GoGroopie voucher with a random product from the Hate My Phone stock.

I explained that the product for sale has never had a value of £79.99 which is what the voucher is sold out and she understood my frustrations.

Through the help of Freya, I have received a full refund from GoGroopie for both the voucher and delivery.

My advice to Hate My Phone would be to seriously consider their relationship with GoGroopie as I'm sure there are plenty of people who will be feeling the same way.

I have upped the review to 3 stars.
The service and dealings with Freya has been 5 star, so I'm confident that the customer service side itself is run brilliantly but for the product itself against value isn't a true representation.

Oh, how I wish I'd read the reviews before I'd used GoGroopie.
Paid £14.99 for a "once in a lifetime" voucher for a random electronic item, ranging from an Apple iPhone13 to a Samsung A3 supplied by Hate My Phone.
A voucher supposedly worth £79.99.

I received; A Zens 5W wireless charger worth £10. (From Amazon)
£14.99 if I'd bought it from Argos.

The kicker? I also paid £4.99 for delivery.

My faith in the internet is disappearing drastically and I should have stuck to the old adage, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.."

The company needs investigating. (GoGroopie).

Ordered IPad Pro from Woucher. I received incorrect product iPad Air not Pro. My contract is with Woucher as I purchased from Woucher platform, hate my phone were the 3rd party seller.

Long story short both parties blamed each other for the error, got nowhere with Woucher as they continuously said on WhatsApp to return the product at my own expense to the merchant and I requested repeatedly shipping labels there for I would be out of pocket for shipping costs for no fault of my own.

I contacted Hate my phone and they responded fairly quickly with a view of resolving the issue and maintained contact with me. I spoke with the Manager who was very helpful also other staff members through e-mail.

Hate my phone claimed the purchase order received from Woucher was iPad Air which they showed evidence.

To be fair Hate my phone sorted things out and whilst the blame was apportioned to Woucher and based on my experience with Woucher relating to this whole episode in my experience I find Woucher was at fault.

I got a satisfactory outcome, Hate my phone sent the iPad I had originally ordered and which I am happy with the device

I am a procurement specialist for past 25 years, I have had my fair share of disputes with vendors, my number one goal is resolution rather than escalation, I’m pleased that this issue was resolved and appreciated the dialogue with Hate my phone as this is key for resolution

Put a offer in which was accepted.
Follow up call was appreciated.
Hopefully my refurbished model will continue to work well.
