What's particularly lovely about your review is that we can look back at just how far you've come.

You first made an enquiry with us back in September 2021, before eventually speaking to Michael from our debt advice team in October 2022. That was the beginning of a four-year journey which has now reached a very happy conclusion.

It's wonderful to hear that the affordable weekly payment agreed at the beginning allowed you to continue enjoying life throughout those four years, rather than constantly worrying about how you were going to meet your financial commitments.

And Aidan, not missing a single payment throughout your entire Trust Deed is something you should be incredibly proud of. You've shown real commitment over the last four years, and today you can look back knowing that you've successfully completed the solution you chose.

We're especially pleased that you've highlighted the service you've received throughout the process, rather than just at the beginning. At Harper McDermott, we believe that helping someone find a suitable debt solution is only the start. Being available to answer questions, provide reassurance and help with any issues throughout the years that follow is just as important.

Your comments about Orla from our customer services team are absolutely lovely. After four years of payments, that final telephone conversation must have been a very special moment for you. We're delighted that Orla was able to share in your happiness and congratulate you personally.

Reading about where you were during the Covid pandemic, it's clear that you were going through an incredibly difficult time. Trying to manage financial difficulties while worrying about how you were going to provide for your family, particularly when your mental health and sleep were being affected, must have been exhausting.

What stands out most is that, despite everything you were dealing with, you found the courage to make that first phone call.

You first spoke to Michael from our debt advice team in September 2022, when he helped you understand the options available and make an informed decision about the solution that was right for your circumstances.

Now, four years later, you've successfully completed your Protected Trust Deed. What an incredible milestone!

We're especially pleased to hear that having one affordable monthly payment helped ease the financial pressure you were experiencing. But what makes your review particularly special is that you've described something much more meaningful than simply completing a debt solution.

You've grown in confidence, learned from your experiences and now feel financially independent.
