Updated review: Disapointed
Quick service, shirt has a good quality print and is very soft and comfortable.
Update a few months later: Unfortunately the dye has started to come out of the shirt, the once vibrant blues and purples have now faded to grey, no extreme or frequent washing (used mybe once every couple of weeks) a tad disappointed that it didn't even last a year.

Sorry to hear you've had this issue. Obviously this shouldn't happen and it's always hard to pin point problems like this, as a large variety of issues can stem from not washing the product properly/ treatment of the product over time. As we screen print our products (Best printing format for t-shirts) it also requires a more delicate touch. Therefor with our product we always recommend the following:
• Turn the t-shirt inside out to protect the print.
• Wash at 30 degree's celcius (cold wash)
• After the cycle is complete to take it out relatively quick
• Air dry at room temperature while still inside out.
Normally where there are issues with the print it's because either its been sat in water for too long, it's got to hot (tumble drying/ drying in direct sunlight normally) or is washed a hell of a lot.

Superb quality
Website is easy to navigate, brilliant art work, a good mix of size options. Quick delivery and honestly best quality T-shirts I've ever had, strong stitching and the print is lasts, I've had some T-shirts over a year and they look exactly the same as the day I bought them. If you're a nerd, just buy it ahahaha

Hard Times is incredible! Their screen-printed t-shirts are top quality. They're soft, durable, and the designs are so unique and creative. My most recent purchase is their glow-in-the-dark "web of shadows" tshirt, and it’s amazing! The print glows beautifully after a bit of "charging up", and it’s such a fun, unique touch and suits the design so well.
Their customer service is second to none. They're friendly, responsive, and they really care about their customers. In my experience, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy whilst standing by the quality of their products, which I highly respect.
If you want something unique and high-quality, I can’t recommend them enough!

The owner is very involved with their customers and makes sure that everyone gets exactly what they want. The shirts are high quality and soft. The play mat I received a little while back looks beautiful and is holding up to weekly card games.

Web of shadows tee is dope
I love this company's designs. Got the web of shadows bomber and tee and I'm highly pleased. The glow-in-the-dark print works as expected. It's not a neon or LED so expectations may have to be tempered. For a shirt, I think it's great. All designs have a wonderful level of detail.

This is t-shirt number 17 now from Hard Times and they have never failed to miss. The quality is always high both in the fabric and the design itself.
The glow in the dark aspect adds that extra bit of flair and so far everyone who’s seen me wear it has said how sick the t-shirt is.
Will continue to buy and wear their designs as I’ve yet to see anything better and doubt I will.
Still waiting on a Bleach design though! ;)

Web of shadows t-shirt is amazing!
Recently bought a web of shadows t-shirt. The quality of the t-shirt was insane, the print was gorgeous. I love screen printed stuff and honestly think this is some of the best I've ever seen. The glow in the dark aspect was also a bonus, nice little touch.
Delivery took a bit because it was a preorder but I got the shipping notice in the estimate they outlined on their website and after that it only took 2 days.

Glow in the dark - what a load of nonsense!
I bought a "glow in the dark" t-shirt, I left it out to charge for multiple days as per the instructions and it has never glowed in the dark. I then emailed the company explaining that there had to be an issue with the shirt, they then gaslit me and said I was at fault. And I could send it back to them at a fee, for them to "test". Horrendous customer service, will not recommend. What a shame.
Update - your reply again highlights your lack of professionalism and customer service. Saying I am lying that the tshirt does not glow in the dark. It is an issue because I have paid for a glow in the dark tshirt for someone who was expecting that feature. I did privately email you, which was met with poor customer service. This lack of professionalism has now been highlighted to the general public, gaslighting and calling your customers liars. You asked for me to pay a fee to sent a faulty product back to you which is quite unbelievable. The fact you think we are lying about a glow in the dark tshirt not glowing is mind boggling. If you offered free shipping for me to sent back your faulty shirt and for you to “test it”, perfect. But your team resulted to gaslighting and calling me a liar.

As we explained in quite a lot of detail (including giving informative videos on how to get the item to glow) the design basically has to glow, there shouldn't be any reason what so ever for it not to glow in the dark. The pigment of the ink itself reacts with UV light and without this the design itself wouldn't look the same. Every single t-shirt is printed with this same ink, they have been tested and they work. The video we also sent you showcased this.
The fact you claimed it wasn't glowing was a complete mystery. That shouldn't be the case at all. We have tested these and our customers love it. Yours SHOULD glow. There's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't. Your initial email mentioned this and simply put "I would appreciate some money back".
As we value our customers getting the very best product you can buy, we asked you to send it back if you don't see it glowing. If you have tested it like we asked we don't see why this would of been a problem. We would of seen that there was some sort of anomaly and sent you one we knew worked. Yes we did mention that if it did work we wouldn't resend it to you without having postage paid again as it's infact not faulty as claimed. Don't see why you would of found this to be such a problem if you were telling the truth. But hey, you didn't message us your frustration after that fact and instead went here to leave a bad review.
We never said it was your fault. We just stated that the product should work as instructed and had no proof at all other then you claiming it. No fee was to be paid so long as it was actually a fault.

I am not saying you're lying, but I also have no proof of the matter other then your word. This is only something that can be solved upon returning the item. All of ours seem to work, our customers seem to work, the idea it doesn't to me seems physically impossible due to the manor of how this was manufactured. Without any form of proof (you could of done a video like the one we sent to you) we are limited in what we can offer.
The email response you are talking about stated that "if we do see that it doesn't glow we will obviously replace it and refund the return postage". If however the item was indeed not faulty upon inspection we would not refund this postage cost and if it was still wanted we would charge you for resending the item.
We don't offer free shipping to send items back. Period. We do however refund the cost to our customer if it's a fault of our own upon receiving the item.
To simplify what we were talking about:
• You send back the item to us
• Upon us receiving the item we would test it and try and figure out the problem
• IF the item did NOT work as you described your postage cost would be refunded and we would resend one that does work and has been tested personally prior to sending.
• IF the item DOES work absolutely fine, you would not receive the refund to return the item to us and would need to repay for postage to send it back out. All of which would of included video proof.
Either way, providing what you said is 100% true you get the product back fully working at no expense to your own.
To me, it was reasonable and I apologies if you don't think so and we would of been happy to come to an understanding had you of emailed us your concerns. We're still open to come to some sort of resolution if that still is of interest to you.

These are easily the most comfortable shirts I own. International shipping sucks, but in the end it's worth it.
