Great experince using Hannah for my property sale! Ismail done an exclent job managing my case, incredibly professional and was well organised with regular updates. I am so pleased reece managed the sale of my property which took over a year to complete, I was not the easier client to
deal with because of my own legal problems regarding my property and even at times im sure reeece would of being frustrated with me voicing my personal problems like he was to blame.
He never once got out of character and stayed professional all throughout the experience.
Without reece's intervention he could of charged me for all the services but what he did he gave me all the tools to deal with all the different agencies which was a great help and i just would like to thank him and his team for all the support and help. I would not even give 1 star if I could. This is by far the most disappointing, incompetent, and unprofessional conveyancing company I have ever dealt with. They took on my brother’s case over 5 months ago and since then have shown no responsiveness to emails, no updates, and no clear ETA. Keep on gaslighting us, to be honest this is a fake company who has conspiracies to get clients and not do work for them.

Because of their negligence, my brother has had to secure alternative accommodation at great personal expense, and if things are not resolved soon, he may even face homelessness. His mortgage offer is also close to expiring, which could cause even further financial and emotional distress.

When we call, they either hang up or promise a callback that never comes. There is zero consideration, empathy, or professionalism. They clearly lack the skills and competency required for their role.

How has this company got so many positive reviews its beyond me!!

I can't recommend Hannah Solicitors LLP highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive and responsive during what turned out to be a very complex and stressful property purchase with a difficult chain.

What really stood out was how well they kept me updated at every stage — I never had to chase for information, and their communication was always clear and reassuring. Their app and online portal were also excellent: easy to use, transparent, and gave me real-time updates, which made a huge difference in staying informed and reducing stress.

Despite the challenges in the chain, they remained calm, professional, and proactive throughout, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible. I felt genuinely supported the whole way through even though there was change in the solicitor who managed my case.

Genie and the team at Hannah made the process of moving house very smooth and easy. The communication and updates for excellent and we felt like we understood the information and were kept in the loop. We would 100% use the company again and Genie! Would recommend!

I found the service to be slower and less responsive than expected, which made communication challenging. Key aspects of the process were not explained in sufficient detail, requiring me to undertake my own research and suggest potential solutions. At times, the level of support did not feel aligned with the role of effective representation. Regrettably, these difficulties contributed to the collapse of the sale.

Genie has been the most amazing professional throughout our house sale . The chain was extremely challenging and she was absolutely on the ball with communication, liaising with estate agents and other solicitors . The estate agent even commented on “how good “ Genie was !!!

Professional and streamline experience from the outset. The app was good for the initial stages, but I found the best aspect was the direct communication with my solicitor. Tamara was brilliant and explained things clearly. She was always available to answer questions during the buying process and even after purchasing the property, she has been supportive and helpful. We used Hannah Solicitors for a remortgage on our property. We started our remortgage 5-6 months in advance to prevent issues, yet Hannah Solicitors still managed to make it difficult. I was regularly checking in because emails were somehow getting missed by the person dealing with our case, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency. Less than a month until our fixed term was due to expire things still weren't really sorted. We were told less than 2 working days before we wanted to be completed (fixed term ending on Monday, this was Thursday) that they wanted us to contact a different solicitor firm to get them to certify our marriage certificate - What is the point of hiring a Solicitors if they want to palm you off to other firms? At my own cost of course. Refused to let me send it to them directly with 24hr postage. The fact they would not sort this out themselves, and the fact they left us so little time to sort this out, shows the true incompetence and lack of care from this company. Would not use again, or recommend to anyone.

Ismail responded to all of our queries quickly and efficiently whilst always being professional and respectful. He always made time when we had questions and would always communicate effectively with us whether it was by phone or email. When we needed him to chase sellers solicitors he was very persistent and treated our case as if it was his top priority.

Lipa and Ismail went above and beyond and worked amazingly as a team on our case and did well to reassure us constantly throughout the process. Lipa came back to us promptly to answer any questions we had about anything we didn’t fully understand.

I would definitely recommend Hannah Solictors to all my family and friends mainly because of the service I received from Ismail. It was a pleasure to have met him and to have had him deal with the purchase of our property. Hannah Solictors you have a great one in him!

5 ⭐️’s (Here is our story) In 2021 we used Hannah Solicitors as Conveyancers for both our house sale and purchase. We were initially assigned to a case handler who got us through the sale and purchase. However, it came to light at our Remortgage 4 years later (2025), there was an error with the Title Deed that was originally missed in 2021. We contacted Hannah Solicitors thinking it was going to be a problem to correct.

Ismail to the rescue!

Ismail had our Title Deeds corrected in no time at all and we are so impressed by his efficient work ethic. He was polite, managed our expectations and resolved our issue in no time.
We definitely recommend Ismail.
