I wanted a NEW item and ordered one with a Red label. Instead, I received an item with a Black label which indicates refurbished. The item delivered had one lead too short. Our heating engineer stated it was refurbished when he fitted it. As the weather was freezing we had to have it fitted as we had no heating. This meant we could not return it. I complained to Hanicks and twice to Ebay without success I feel cheated as I have paid for NEW and received REFURBISHED.

Happy with order, come on time and working well

Ordered a part for a boiler but worried that it wouldn’t arrive quickly because of Christmas, however it arrived next day and my customer will have heat and hot water for Christmas, very good service!

I was able to get the part really quick, quicker then my own company could provide actually so was a huge help. Especially as I only needed the head not the whole valve.

Really pleased with my Hanicks purchase, the website was informative about the product and the installation video was easy to follow. Dispatch was a lot quicker than I expected. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Received within 2 days of ordering and set up/binding was easy. The binding video was brilliant and made pairing with my existing wireless relay a doddle.
The only problem I have is that the heat demand “flame” doesn’t show.

The video about linking gave me confidence that the product would replace my previous controller.

I am medically disabled and order online a lot. However, this time was for a thermostat , a digital one for my boiler. It arrived quite soon.
But I had to wait a while as all plumbers were busy. When plumber came he said I'd ordered the wrong thermostat. We didn't even take the product out of the box! , I
my limited mobility, I was therefore in a position to post the item back. But before I did , I contacted them via ONBUY, where the have their shop, and was given instructions on what to do and who to send it back to. I posted it back, as I say completely unopened in original box with security tape still wrapped in place. I then tool my post receipt and emailed them through ONBUY again to let them know it was sent recorded delivery. I've been trying to get my refund of £99 back. Been unsuccessful. Its now been a few weeks and still getting automated .messages back or ticket numbers. Now asking for another post receipt. I spent £99, and I can't get my boiler fixed until I have my refund. I don't like leaving reviews like this. But I am a vulnerable customer and I know I've done the right things. I even described how it was wrapped and extra firm with parcel tape. I'd also put sender address and name so they would have the details of whom the customer was. I know of consumer rights and I know when they aren't being followed.

Purchased a new thermostat to replace broken Honeywell unit.

All up and running and paired with existing BDR91 relay box in less than 10 minutes.

I recently had the expansion replaced on my boiler, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. The system is now running perfectly, with stable pressure and improved efficiency. The replacement process was smooth, and the engineer did an excellent job.

It feels great knowing my boiler is back to working reliably, providing consistent heat and hot water. This service has definitely extended the life of my system. Highly recommend replacing the expansion if needed—worth every penny for the comfort and peace of mind!

The exact information for compatible thermastat programmer. Here early the day after. No problem fitting it. Absolute top job. Not often fixed up as quick and correct as that.

Same dimensions as the Grundfos pump I removed.
Sufficient cable with crimped ends.
Two new washers.
Instruction booklet in English and Polish.
Some of the phrases need improvement to be correct English. Working well and very quiet.
Only time will tell if it’s reliable.
