The Handmade Christmas Co Anmeldelser

Service was amazingly great. Customer service was fasting replying to my query. The delivery came well before I needed it too always a lovely service and excellent craftsmanship would very highly recommend to anyone that would love a nice personalized Christmas touch for their gifts for their loved ones.

The quality and detail are just brilliant, helping keep the magic alive for my 2 children.

Slow postage and should make it clear at check out item can take 10+ days to arrive

The bauble was lovely, but the online shop was clunky, hence a 4 not a 5. I ended up with 2 of the same (thinking my first purchase hadn't gone through) which, given it was personalised, I couldn't return. So now I have 2 with my granddaughter's name on it! Never mind!

This is the 6th Christmas sack I’ve bought from the company and every one has been fabulous quality and perfect for use year after year! The postage took a little longer this year but I understand it’s such a busy time! Wonderful items and invaluable for keeping everyone’s gifts separate!

The Handmade Christmas Company were superb. The items they made for us were lovely but one stocking has the hanging loop on the wrong side. I contacted them and the immediate response was that a replacement had already been shipped. I’d highly recommend these guys - lovely Christmas stuff and fantastic customer service - you can’t beat that.

Great communication and prompt delivery

Brilliant communication, great product would recommend

My third year ordering from the handmade Christmas co.. beautiful quality Christmas sacks that I have repurchased for my growing family! Really lovely designs too!

Absolutely loved our stocking and Christmas Eve box! Fab quality!

Interesting products and good service

Nothing negative however if you want a review then make it easier and pre-fill the order number so I don’t need to go searching for it.

The company is great, good idea to be able to track the progress of the item being made, fairly quick delivery given it’s a small business and the item I ordered was personalised. My only negative is that my wooden box has a slight grey tint in certain parts and over the personalised name however doesn’t affect the use and is still a really lovely product.

Items where as described if not better, communicating was great and delivery was not very long at all. I cant wait to see my daughters face when she sees the items.

Last year I bought the personalised baubles and we loved them. This year I decided to buy the personalised wooden decorations and they didn’t disappoint. Most of my family live in other countries and I thought this was a good way to remember them at Christmas. All our names on the Christmas tree. The waiting time was reasonable given the personalised nature of the items I ordered and Handmade Christmas Co packaged my order well so I don’t mind the delivery charges, plus you can track your order. If you are looking for that extra special touch during the festive season, I strongly recommend you to have a mooch at what’s on offer.

Website easy to use, products look amazing. Good customer service, items arrived well packaged and look fabulous.

Lovely Christmas Eve box, personalised. Good quality. Excellent communication around delivery
