Always quick in dealing with on line orders - Royal Mail arrives next Day in Aberdeen - DPD always gets held for one day at Hub 4 Hinkley. No Idea why

Have purchased several items from ML&S in the past month and have been very pleased with the service they provide. Each of my orders has arrived next day without any problems. Excellent service and would highly recommend. A+++

I’ve ordered a number of things from Martin Lynch over the years including used kit. Everything has been good quality and delivered quickly and well packaged. I’ve not had a problem so far so Customer service remains unknown.

Absolutely outstanding service. Ordered a Dwarf Mini telescope yesterday and it arrived today. Great to speak to them on the phone, really felt like proper old time shopping with professional and knowledgeable people.

Arrived at ML&S with my FTDX101MP which I was trading. I was met by David and after telling him the nature of my visit he provided me with a coffee and went out to my car to carry the rig into the shop for me.
I was left in the capable hands of John (not sure which one, I believe there is 3).
I told him that I wanted an IC7300Mk2 and one of the fancy monitor screens.
Everything went so smoothly, I was waiting for the catch!
Of course being ML&S there wasn't one.
You really do feel valued as a customer and nothing is too much trouble.

Very fast turn around from order to delivery.

I recently purchased a Yaesu FTX-1 Optima. Being a pensioner. This was a big purchase for me. More than I could afford really but it will probably be my last radio before it is time to checkout. I traded in a Yaesu FT-991a. It did take a while before I got the money from it. I was getting a little worried but I am now off the bread and water and back onto egg and chips. The radio had a free day sack. Absolutely useless to me but the sales manager Tony agreed to swap it for a separation kit. Great I can use that. Excellent service as usual. But I do still think we need a ML&S North. Please fix Mr L.

I have graduated to a foundation licence recently and have always bought my products from martin lynch so my recent purchase was a topbytes dx spotter pro it is a great item and very pleased with it although it didn't have all the bands I wanted but after a word with guy at topbytes and an update it has everything I could want ! Am very pleased with it a great product and well worth the money ! I also recommend buying the stand too thankyou everyone at ml&s and guy at topbytes for your help 😀

I purchased a radio from these good people communication from the was great from the off and the radio arrived quickly and well packed. All good I had a minor issue with one of the cables with the radio and a replacement was sent out that day for next day delivery I am now fully working again and loving it. In a nutshell delivery, service and communications all excellent. Thank you.
