Bought a mountain bike some time ago…
Bought a mountain bike some time ago for my son. After all these months he hasn't even used it once as the brakes are not working properly. They asked us to bring it to a halfords but the store is not nearby and I don't have a car suitable to bring it. Left in limbo and they don't care. Reached out so many times when it was in warranty as constantly have customer service saying the same thing not understanding the situation. No above and beyond here. Bike has been unused since purchased. Wish I never bought it from there. Rubbish after care service

Recieved a dispatch notification today then a cancellation notification
Received a dispatch notification today, followed by another 3 hours later with a refund confirmation. No reason given, just a refund confirmation which I didn't request.
Can't call them because their phone lines are switched off due to "High number of calls" so there's no-one to talk to about it either.

Customer Service
Not sure what their name is but she built my bike and even adjusted the seat according to my height just from eyeballing it and even did a couple checks before handing the bike to me and helped me carry the bike downstairs as I had heavy shopping bags with me.

Alperton dash cam…
Alperton Branch helped me choose a front and rear camera for my car that was within my budget. It was also fitted it on same day so it is up and running and I got an eaxpalation of its workings and had questions answered.

Like said the young girl in the tills …
Like said the young girl in the tills tallal had the most amazing customer service skills and explained everything properly and helped me get my car sorted to the max and the young lad who fix my lights and did my 10 point check and showed me how to put oil in my car and fill up certain bits in my car was amazing and his custom skills was amazing. Very happy with product order
Very happy with product order, notification and purchase. I ordered the item in the afternoon, the confirmation message arrived shortly after and I was able to get to Halfords to pick up the item before 5pm. Staff on the counter were very helpful getting the item for me and sending the receipt via email. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Not good complaint resolution
Purchased a £1,500 bike with Halfords, to be delivered by DHL. Delivery notifications started saying that the delivery has been delayed, so spoke to customer service team at Halfords. Initially they were helpful, I completely understand that it is not their fault that DHL has misplaced the parcel, but since the first call they have provided no solutions, and just tell me that it will be up to 7 working days for them to even give me a call back - I am highly unlikely to use them for a large purchase like this again.
