Hale Pet Door Anmeldelser

Order processed on time and door arrived in great shape.

These doors are very well built and look great. We installed one in an aluminum Florida room door. The pet door matched perfectly.it looks like it came installed with the door. Hale is the only website I could find that offered between size pet doors. Thanks Hale for a great product

Great doors, needed some new magnets as the pup stole them. Found them on the website, ultra quick shipping. Easy install! Great product!! What more can you ask for, God bless

This is second Hale pet door. Just put it in our vacation home. My handy man was so impressed ! He took a picture and saved the box to refer to other clients .

Quality is quite good. The self-framing saves on labour. Instructions are good enough. Overall, a quality product. While it may cost more than the big box store's dog doors, the difference in quality and ease of installation is so significant that even someone as cheap as me saw the value.

I am pleased to recommend Hale. Purchasing was easy, and we received our door quickly. This is the 3rd Hale door we've purchased.

Hale Pet Door's website is extremely user friendly with attached how to videos, making ordering replacement flaps a breeze.

Everything about HALES is perfect, it was exactly what we were looking for. And myself, the price wasn't as bad as I thought. For what I picked anywhere else it would have been more, I know because I searched around and no one could top HALES. Thank you again!👍

Very responsive.

We have purchased 4 pet doors,2 for us and 2 for our kids. We love them. Great doors and dogs learn very quickly how to use them. Love the security panel and lock. Added an extra lock near the bottom left side for extra security .

I used Handyman Matters to install through a brick exterior. All worked out great.

Very good product. Well made and easy to install.

I tried calling both numbers listed to reach hale pet doors. Customer service and sales number one rang disconnected, the other was always a busy signal.

Can't say much about it yet as we've just installed it. I will say it's well made and the instructions for installation were excellent. The sales person on the phone was very nice and helped me save money on my order. I'm very happy with the company in general. I'll know more about the door itself when I see if my dog destroys it or leaves it alone.

Long order cycle time, 7 days from order to ship plus Fedex transit time. No notification order was going to ship late. Poor inventory management, item was out of stock. Unwillingness by customer service to refund shipping charges. Never coming back.

Melissa will take the time to answer all of your questions and get you exactly what you need!

Just had the door installed- happy with the quality, seems like the weather protection should be good.

This is the second time we have replaced the two flaps on our Hale Pet Door. Instructions how to do so are clear and the process does not take long. Just wishing the replacement kit wasn't so expensive!!!

Although the price is pretty steep, Very high quality construction. Have purchased two doors over the past few years.

My Hale Pet Door flaps were over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. The Nevada heat had taken its toll. I was thrilled to find that Hale pet door was still a viable business. Ordered my flaps, my 19 year old son easily replaced them along with the magnets and weather strips. I do highly recommend watching the replacement flap video.
