Hale Pet Door Anmeldelser

What a great company to work with! I would definitely recommend ordering from them. I spoke with Eric and he was so pleasant, easy you talk to, and took his time with all my indecisiveness. We are very excited to use this pet door.

I have purchased & installed Hale pet doors for years. When I moved and needed to install doors in glass instead of walls the company was helpful and communicated well. In recent years Luke McGurry has continued to assist me even with less complex questions regarding cleaning and care.

I spoke with Eric on the phone? He couldn’t have been more pleasant. Took care of my situation. Got my order in and confirmed ready to go.

Hale Pet Door has more integrity than any company I have ever worked with. They really stand behind their excellent products and have a no hassle guarantee. A lot of others could learn by their example.

My first Hale door lasted 34 years but finally got beyond repair. (Always 4 dogs of our own and 40+ rescue collies over the years.) I am confident this new model is even better. The staff at Hale have always been courteous and most helpful.

Very helpful company with shipping and questions. Very attentive. Sturdy pup doors. Thank you!

We ordered the replacement flap kit and had such a difficult time replacing the magnets and weatherstripping. The existing installed weatherstripping was very tight and required channel locks to remove. Not a problem. The inserted surfaces on the weatherstripping were smooth. The new weatherstripping was even wider with "new and improved" ribs added. It was impossible to insert them no matter how hard we hit it with a mallet (per tech support). We ended up grinding off the ribs in order to install them. The whole install was so disappointing. We have used Hale pet doors for 22 years and have raved about them. Not any more. I dread replacing the next flap.

Very Good door

Great quality door on time shipping and all around great product

I’ve had a Hale Pet Door for 11 years! I recently had to install a new one due to the fact we got a bigger dog now. I loved it 11 years ago and I love it today! My dogs also love it. The new door I received is even 10 times better than the last one. Definitely would recommend hale doors to anyone!

Fast, friendly customer service. I ordered a XLP door with a raincap. Received it in a timely manner. The overall quality was awesome and it showed that the company takes pride in making sure their product stand up to the weather and wear and tear from continued use. I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new pet door, check out Hale Pet Door.

Installation is quick and easy and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. We're buying a new home and will need a new door. We will always buy our dog doors from Hale. We bought the last door six years ago and have had no issues with it.
