Received our hip thrust machine to which we had our usual professional machine builder, assemble it to find one whole arm was made completely wrong.
Contacted them weeks ago with no further action. When you phone them they often don’t answer. My partner phoned to resolve recently to which they wanted him to email to resolve. They now won’t answer emails.

Extremely poor service.
They tried to claim the refund policy of 14 days even though it’s a faulty machine.
Ignoring emails and calls to avoid resolving a machine of almost £2000.

Done absolutely nothing about it nor communicated what they are going to do.

We’re now over a month down now for a commercial gym with an almost fully built machine.

Avoid at all costs.

Purchased two 3kg weights for £9.99 on 22 Sept. Not received, no further emails apart from order confirmation, no replys to emails.

Ships from Spain. Waited months for my machine, called their helpline, which just disconnects if you use the proper options, eventually got hold of someone, they then realise delivery got cancelled at the port, received my refund, then over a month after that I got another call saying it has arrived in the UK, I politely informed them I've already received my refund and its their issue now. total joke of a company, no communication, no idea, far too slow, European plugs on machines too. avoid at all costs

This company is 100% SCAM stay away! I have spoken with them and tried to resolve the situation and they were so rude I have reported it to the police. Ordered a treadmill, no order confirmation, no tracking, chat bot gives false info on when the order will come. Call the telephone and tracking option 2 is never answered and sales the man in RUDE!

SCAMMERS!!!! Be warned!!! They had a different website called www . gymequipmentsupershop.co.uk which has now been deactivated but they also trade under www . gymequipmentsuperstore.co.uk and also Fitness Superstore, but the Ltd Company which takes your money is Fitness Action Ltd - (companies house reg 15678282) They took my money and didn't deliver the product, they said there were shipping issues, the website was subsequently taken down but not before they tried to process another fake order, thankfully it was blocked by then and I only lost £260, it could have been much worse!

If you have a look at the scammers comment on reply to this post, they claim it’s not them, we’ll that’s strange as the same customer service agent - Danielle Gregory was the one pretending to help me again. It is most definitely the same company, they are scammers and fraud are aware of them.

Scammer site, they run a couple of these, another one I found is fitnesscore which I got stung on. Good professional looking website and live chat function, you will get a nice invoice emailed to you just so you don’t cancel the order on your credit card, but you won’t receive a tracking number because nothing will get posted. THIS IS A SCAM

Waiting for delivery for over a month. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Item stuck in Spain for over a month with no communication. Can’t contact anyone. Thought I was buying from a uk company with products in the uk. Avoid avoid avoid!

After becoming increasingly concerned about zero communication one week after placing my order and spending £1200 I only now realise they are a Spanish company - it’s disgusting that Uk law allows this kind of thing to occur. To have a Uk website address there should be stricter rules.

Bottom line is it’s not ok to take an order online - leave a customer waiting over a week for an update - and if you’re not even based in the Uk you should be treating your customers like royalty in the hope they forgive you for your obvious deception.

Not happy - will improve the review if they ever reply or show any sign of apology / improved service.

So, I have benn on the hunt for some new workout gear, and let me tell you, this place is a game-changer! I stumbled upon their website and OMG talk about a fitness paradise! It's all just click away! and the customer service is very responsive with regarrds to my question in shipping and other inquiries. They arrived quicker than expected 10/10 would recommend!

This is a Spanish company that ships from Spain. The website is not clear about this. Furthermore the website does not clarify there is no installation and that delivery is curbside (in other words they do not bring it into your premises). All of this means that delivery takes weeks and there is no delivery indoors or installation- all very inconvenient. Their helpdesk was not very helpful and kept pointing at their small print without offering any real solutions. I feel conned.

purchased some pieces for our gym couldnt fault them for quick delivery and helped when needed with putting cables together.

I bought a functional trainer, it took a while to arrive but it did arrive some weeks after ordering.

After assembling the machine, I found that one of the parts (the top of the weight stack) is faulty. I have emailed all the emails on their website. most of them bounced back but some went through.

Its been a couple of days and I have not heard anything yet. I also tried calling but the number just keeps calling, no one picks up.

I am hoping this turns into a more positive review if they get back to me.

Update Aug 23rd:
I have just received the replacement part, not had not communication from them at all about receiving my emails.
So, looks like they might be monitoring emails, but just very odd I have no replies even still.

That said, got the replacement part, happy with that, communication could be better though.

I recently experienced an issue with the smith machine bearing on my Force USA G3. Although it was an unfortunate situation, I am pleased to say that the service and support I received was nothing short of exceptional. Their response was prompt and professional, and they assured me that the problem would be resolved as soon as possible. Within a couple of weeks I received the replacement parts.

It felt like I wasn't going to get my money back. Ordered (no. #GC500011034) and got no response, no one picked up the phone in London, eventually had to call Barcelona. Eventually told me it wasn't in stock, and then still took over 14 days to get me my money back, and I had to really hassle them. Advice - check it really is in stock before ordering. Their customer service is casual in the extreme.

After looking at different companies for buying my treadmill I can across Gymequipment who had a fantastic offer on one of the ones I was looking at , I spoke to Tom who gave me great advice on which one to buy and amazingly he suggested going for the more basic model as in his opinion it had a far better build quality but without all the fancy programs and this turned out to be cheaper as well. But unfortunately on the day of delivery I got home from work to find not my treadmill but an exercise bike had been delivered in error. I contacted Tom and he then arranged for this to be picked up and my treadmill to be redelivered but I had to chase the courier company who then told me they had no delivery for me so I got back on to Tom and he eventually got it sorted out and I received my treadmill 8 days later then expected. Tom has been great and kept me updated with the situation so I cannot fault the company but the blame lies with whoever put my address label on the wrong package to begin with , but it all worked out ok and my treadmill it up end running with both my husband and son also using it.

Review sites rarely tell the real story, and it's the case here for Gym Equipment Superstore.

I ordered before reading reviews and instantly panicked when I stumbled across these reviews. I shouldn't have worried, almost everything was fine.

Pros:
- The website is professional and clean, the purchase experience was also fine.
- The price was great.
- Customer service were friendly when contacted.
- The delivery driver was great - helped me get it to my garage with the aid of his pallet lifter, then helped me carry it in to my garage.

Cons:
- The website needs fixed. There is no in-built tracking, it still shows my item status as "Processing" even though its here. Had I not contacted customer service, I would not have been able to track my item.
- The delivery was slow - at no point in the purchasing process was I told an expected delivery date or that it was coming from Spain.

Easy 4-star experience here - was nervous, but all was good in the end.

Would definitely recommend this company from placing the order to delivery 🚚 I’ve had the best customer service, any problems rectified straight away, and this what I expect from a company that knows what they are doing from sales to customer service 10/10 thankyou again for all the help in choosing the right product for my family, and thankyou again for the outstanding customer care service
