Betrug und Schwindel !!!
Das Paket ohne Schutz und mit Unterschrift erreichte mich nicht. Ich muss für Waren bezahlen, die ich nicht habe und habe reklamiert, dass mir das Paket nicht zugestellt wurde.
Ist das die Marke Guess?
Katastrophe!!!!
Leute, ganz im Ernst... kauft nicht in diesem Laden!!!
Wer lässt die Existenz dieses Shops im Internet zu?

I ordered from guess.com USA. They just delivered the order to the wrong address. When I complained they said I should have found the product at the address. This company is a scam. I have been a member of guess for years and this is the first time I have had such a complaint. No one is helping.

Lately my ordering online from guess company is been so good for decade. Recently I ordered a woman jumpsuits and they sent me a Mens Watch. It looks suspicious when the box arrived becuase the packaging is terrible. The outside adress of the package is my complete information but inside documents was two different person and the address is completely different.
I phone the customer care and she told me that I have return the watch so she can refund me the amount that i paid for my order. It's like saying to me that somebody made a mistake in our department so now u have to pay for it with your own time, energy and money. I think its ridiculous. I am very busy person and now I have to run around for them so I can get my own money back and never mind the items that I didn't receive. It's so frustrating and it's so not worth it.

My question now is how did things happened when clothing and watch is so different?

One more thing,the packaging of the box is so ugly. It's like from the third world country.

Guess clothing is my favorite to shop, it's good quality and I don't want to ruin it for just one mistake.

Absolute Frechheit, man bestellt öfters was plötzlich stimmt im Konto die Adresse nicht mehr, die auch nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen nicht geändert wurde. (da selbst ändern seit Tagen nicht funktioniert hat) Ware wird an die falsche Adresse verschickt und man muss es trotzdem bezahlen. Ware wurde nie erhalten.Kundenservice putzt sich ab. Absolut unfähige Leute sitzen dort. Eine Frechheit das Service bei Guess.eu.
Etwas zahlen was man nie erhalten hat. Es wird definitiv keine positive Werbung mehr gemacht für diese Frechheit.

Pessimi.hanno sbagliato l indirizzo di consegna . Non mi hanno consegnato il pacco a casa lasciandomi senza regalo per pasqua. Nonostante l operatore che ho chiamato mi ha detto che avrebbe risolto tutto invece assolutamente no.non comprerò mai più da loro. Complimenti.

Bought a bag from Guess Australia had it shipped to me in New Zealand as I couldn't find the particular bag here in store. When it arrived it was very small and poor quality. So I sent it back on March 24, 2025 via the return facility on their webpage. Fast forward to almost a month after return and nothing. I can see from the tracking that the bag made it to Australia but there has been no acknowledgement from GUESS Aus. And when you call their customer service number you get put on hold and then asked to leave a message. I have yet to speak to a real human. Don't buy from this site if you can avoid it.

Wir waren heute bei GUESS in der Mall of Switzerland – und wir sind wirklich enttäuscht. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen im Laden waren extrem unfreundlich, kein Lächeln, kein Interesse, keine Hilfe. Man fühlte sich absolut unerwünscht. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder

Katastrophe ! Ich habe 9 Mal in der Schweiz bestellt und davor in England gekauft weil die Passform der Jeans gut sind. Nun werden Erstattungen von fehlerhaften Jeans die ich bezahlt habe und bei Guess seit 2 Monaten liegen, hin und her diskutiert obwohl die Erstattung bereits bestätigt ist aufgrund der Bilder im Januar 2025 . Ich habe diese Jeans nicht mehr obwohl ich diese beazahlt habe und es wird nach 2 Monaten heute gesagt es handle sich um eine vorherige fehlerhafte Jeans die ich nochmal ertstattet haben möchte !! Unverschämt und das war 2024 und die Belege von der Post und von Guess besagt Februar 2025 !! Noch nie so eine schelechte und Zeit- und Geld raubende Erfahrung gemacht

In occasione del fuori salone. Mi sono recata presso il loro stand in via Bergognone a Milano. All'uscita c'era il ritiro omaggi. Nonostante domanda mi è stato detto che erano terminati. Passata per puro caso nello storie erano ancora disponibili ma a me non è stato dato il biglietto per il ritiro. Le ragazze dello store sono state molto gentili spiegandomi che era già successo, a quanto pare da una certa ora in poi non sono più stati consegnati. Non è per l'omaggio in sé ma per il servizio non usufruito per chi sa quale motivo.

I ordered directly from the official GUESS website, expecting a premium experience — at the very least, the signature GUESS gift bag or pouch that usually comes with in-store purchases. Sadly, nothing like that was included.
It’s disappointing, especially since I chose to order from the original website over third-party retailers thinking the presentation and packaging would reflect the brand’s in-store standard. The product is fine, but the lack of thoughtful packaging took away from the experience.

AHTUNG NIE PER NACHNAME BEZAHLEN ! Sie kriegen Ihr Geld dann nie zurück. Angeblich können Sie die returierte Ware nicht finden. Dann finden Sie es doch und seit 4 Monaten beschäftige ich mich jetzt mittlerweile mit Guess mit einem Anwalt an meiner Seite

Mai più! Qualche mese fa convinta di volere uno zaino alla moda mi recavo a cinecitta due Roma noto centro commerciale sapevo già cosa volevo ed appunto ho scelto uno zainetto euro 129.00 usato per pochi mesi e subito si sono scucite le bretelle .è l'ultima volta che regalo i miei soldi a questo brand.
Sconsigliatissimo.

Productos a precio de oro con calidad de bar asiatico , quien te vende un producto carisimo y al tiempo debes tirarlo porque no sirve para nada ,eso yo lo defino como Est@fadores , Ojala la gente entienda que hay marcas muchisimo mejores que esta b@sura .
El servicio de atención a quien he reclamado, solo te envia respuestas automatizadas ,nadie me dio una respuesta coherente.
Ha pasado el tiempo de garantía y j@dete . 3 bolsos a la basura .

Very very disappointed in quality of a Guess handbag. The embellishments, strap, zips and interior are excellent (bag has been rarely used) but the main body of the bag, which I believed to be leather has disintegrated; flaking and splitting throughout.
It is more than 2 years old but is always stored in its Guess dusted bag in a dry wardrobe. Customer care not interested.
They obviously don’t care about customer service or customer loyalty. I have several Guess products but will NEVER buy another.

Essendo il venditore diretto per una borsa porta PC 24 ore ho ordinato il lunedì sul sito ufficiale nella descrizione spedizione c' e' segnalato da 1 a 4 giorni quindi procedo all'acquisto nell'immediato mi arrivano svariate email descrivendo la situazione non chiara . Ossia non sanno se l' articolo borsa vezzola sia disponibile, roba da matti , entro 24 ore avro' una risposta in posta, chiamo il servizio clienti segnalando che essendo un regalo mi occorre l' articolo entro Sabato
dunque entro 6 giorni lavorativi la risposta e' che qualora lo avessero gli servono fino a 10 giorni per la spedizione, tento allora di annullare l'acquisto non ancora confermato e mi rispondono che non sara' facile annullare l' articolo per cui non solo l' azienda non e' seria ma non garantisce neanche gli articoli che espone sul sito , paghi e neanche sai quando è se arriva l' articolo roba da matti parliamo della guess sito ufficiale.... vi faro' altre recensioni per rendervi partecipe se annullano l'ordine posso acquistare direttamente allo Srore o altrove altrimenti figuraccia con il mio capo per il compleanno roba da vergognarsi davvero una vergogna Guess vergognatevi togliete l'articolo dal sito se non e' disponibile ma ci vuole tanto integrando la descrizione esatta dei procedimenti o della spedizione inoltre avete prelevato l' importo di 138€ veramente una vergogna e poca chiarezza e onesta' ...ho avviato una cancellazione ma non e' detro che accettino roba da matti vi faro' sapere

La professionalità e la cordialità della commessa Martina del negozio Guess di Curno, fantastica e fantastico ovviamente tutto quello che c'era in negozio avrei comprato tutto !!!!!!!!!

Ho acquistato molte volte e non non ho mai avuto problemi di nessun tipo, né per quanto riguarda gli ordini né per quanto riguarda i resi, i rimborsi sono sempre stati veloci e il servizio clienti tempestivi e cordiale

Después de 14 días sigo sin devolución.Todo muy complicado

Assistenza clienti pessima...il mio reso e' stato smarrito e gli operatori neanche capivano le domande che ponevo...mi dicevano di guardare la tracciatura del pacco...per avere il rimborso ci sono voluti tre mesi, scrivevo a loro un giorno si...e l'altro pure....ora che ho riavuto i miei soldi MAI più comprero' su Guess.

Trotz kostenlosen Lieferung und Retoure für Stammkunden verlangt guess Retourenkosten..

Weil man 2 Sachen in einem Monat zurück schickt.

Hätte auch paar Tage bis März warten können, nur zählt ja die Fairness alles sofort wieder zurück zu schicken wenn man es nicht behalten möchte..

Eine Unverschämtheit des Services!!
