Don’t trust this site they are cheats and liars. Then force you to accept bonus cash on deposits with no choice or option to decline. You are then forced into wagering 35x the free cash . When you meet this requirement and win they then refused to pay my £2000 winnings. They said at first that I did not meet free bet requirement when I proved I had they then said I had “abused the betting rules !” They are not going to pay me out it’s just an excuse to cheat players. Been over a month since I won £1,200 on Griffon Casino. Still haven’t paid up. Sent dozens of emails. They respond about once a week asking for even more documentation, even though they have a picture of me holding my passport, a picture of me holding my birth certificate; a recent Virgin Media bill with my name and address (house phone, TV, broadband - NOT a mobile phone bill as stipulated in the terms and conditions), a recent payslip with my address, my work ID badge with the same ID number as my payslip, and a front and back copy of the bank card which I used to deposit funds (which, of course, they took immediately). Yet this is still apparently not enough. Clearly holding on to the funds unnecessarily.The weight of evidence I’ve submitted to prove my identity and abode is clearly reasonable and sufficient. What is not reasonable is holding on to customer funds unnecessarily, in fact this directly contradicts the Gambling Commission’s guidelines. I’ve also offered to send screenshots of all the transactions made between my account and theirs, with no reply. Very, very frustrating. There seems to be a very distinct pattern here. I’ve noticed a hell of a lot of reviews on Griffon Casino all saying the same thing: this company makes the withdrawal process excruciatingly difficult. Just hoping they’re wrong - I know withdrawals take longer for larger amounts and perhaps they’re just being extra vigilant. I’ll update this review according to their next response.

Just joined deposited a total of 300. Went to 1800 from my first bonus On a £2 stake. Then did various stakes on multiple games Upto £10 stake, hit about 18-20 bonuses.... and guess what. This casino offer free spins on deposit yet I never get them..I have live chatted on a number of occasions but this was never fixed. I deposited £20 for 100 fs and didn't get them again and coincidentally my livechat does not work anymore. I have had no response after week from an email I sent. After all that I was playing live casino “Crazy time” I had £1.5 on coin flip (one of the crazy time bonus) and the top slot was 10x coin flip and result of coin flip was 150x so I should of received around £220+ … i showed as I won it it’s in my History as well but I haven’t got the money and they logged me off straight away.
I went over to live chat spoke to one lady she said that she will escalate the problem to te relevant team so they can solve my issue I asked her if she know how long will that take she said that she doesn’t have a time frame but they usually deal with it very fast.

27th May 2022
No response back from them I went over to the chat again I explained again what happened the night before. The man I was talking with he said that the technical team takes 15-20 days to resolve this problem.

I will update you if they will give my £220+.
