Weatherdeck (grey) Decking boards
Great customer service, kept us informed through out the ordering process, even though our requirements changed (product and amounts) and provided accurate delivery information.
Product itself was even better than expected from the initial small sample, and provided the look we required. None of the boards were damaged and cut well so no need for the ordered spares.
The delivery was accommidating and efficient considering the small space available for the drop off. But was a little more than we hoped, but we are in Yorkshire, not Wales were there shipped from.
Overall happy with all aspects.

Very good, customer service and a great product, always there to answer any queries or questions as it was my first time installing your product I was also Called on numerous occasions to follow up to see how my project was going.
My only issue is that I was supplied with the wrong clips/ screws as the screws slipped straight through the clip which raises some concerns to say the least. I had to go out and purchase my own screws to fit your clips. Which was easier said than done.
I’ve used you again since on another big project with no issues at all , and I’ve recommended your company to a fellow landscaper who has used you and was also happy with the product and service they received.
I would highly recommend this product as well as the company. A pleasure to deal with 👍

I was initially skeptical as I couldn't just order what I wanted online and none of their distributors were anywhere near me, but I enquired anyway and so glad I did.
Ruslan was very helpful, the delivery guy was superb and the decking itself looks fantastic. I went for the ReversaDek and I am so pleased with it i'm ordering more to do another area :)

New decking to replace old rotten wooden deck
Easy to orderer ,delivery bang on time with excellent help unloading ,with their on board fork lift truck.
The deck boards looked great easy to cut and fix with the hidden clip system .
Love the product and looks great.

Best Decking People.
Very help full staff from when I first contacted them about my new decking project. Continued support and help full advice about exactly what I required to finish my job. Good shipping rates and communication with delivery. If I need more decking in the future I would go back to them and have already recommended their decking to a couple of people I know.

Got order wrong
Got order wrong, communication was terrible, then 16 days to get right pieces out. Told me on phone there was no couriers in the country who could deliver it earlier even when I offered to pay for it. Then charged me carriage on there mistake anyway. Would never deal with them again.

Unfortunately, our 3-5 day courier service went bust so we had to use a 5-12 day courier service instead. However, we did heavily reduce the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill. Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.
Sales personnel need retraining. Didn’t send enough decking to complete the job. Sent “alternative “ to Fascia boards which were totally useless.
Could not get anyone from customer service to answer the Direct line …
I had to email to ask for confirmation of payment.
Also had to email for update of delivery .
The whole experience was stressful from start to finish .
The product is fine..

We apologise that our service has been unsatisfactory. You initially purchased our composite decking in April 2023. You didn't contact us to inform us that there were any boards missing until 4 months later when you requested to return damaged L trims. We advised that we are unable to accept returns after 4 months, especially damaged goods.
As a goodwill gesture, we did provide you with 2 free boards and free delivery on the extra boards required.
