Thank you to the team and in particular Claire at Yarm Gowland White for making the sale of my house a seamless process. From the off the line of communication was first class and nothing was too much trouble.
Given that buying and selling is so stressful it makes the whole process easier when you are met with a genuinely caring team to navigate the process showing diplomacy to both seller and purchaser throughout.

I Sold my house in 3 days I thought they would be I in touch every step of the way No I rang up each week to be told you will get a call back from sales negotiation team .That happened sometimes . I asked for a sold sign 14 weeks ago It never came I moved out 16 weeks after it was sold Still no sold board I don’t no why I paid nearly 2 thousand pounds in fees

I am sorry to read you are disappointed in the service you received after we were successful in agreeing a sale for your property within 3 days. You will now have received a detailed email of the volume of work carried out on your behalf and updates given throughout. A 'SOLD' sign was added to your board upon the sale being agreed. This level of input and work by our Sales Progression Team resulted in your sale completing within 15 weeks which is an excellent timeframe given that there was a chain. every member of staff we dealt with were friendly helpful and professional. we felt from day 1 they wanted to help us buy our new home. we couldn't fault any part of the service. we sold and bought through gowland white and it was all faultless. its nice to feel like your estate agents have your back.

We used them and found them dreadful… no contact in 3 weeks with reviews or info for property’s we were looking for. No info of us requiring a EPC certificate until after us signing the contract.. I would recommend you stay well clear of this company if you intend selling.. very disappointed with them…

Can't recommend Gowland & White enough, absolutely fantastic staff very professional kept me informed every step of the way. No hassle at all only contacted me when they needed to would definitely use them again wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service throughout the process
Valuation was completed promptly and good suggestions made before the property was photographed.
Clare and Abby at Yarm were very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They both definitely went above and beyond what was expected and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!
