We recently bought a house in Wye through Gould and Harrison and we were very impressed with the cheerful and professional help that they provided.

I have spoken with Tony from Gould and Harrison Lettings on occasions over the last 6 months, he has been very helpful and went above and beyond as I am sure he does for everyone, helped me immensely with my concerns, really nice guy and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone, I also met Imogen, really nice girl, very friendly and working with Tony I’m sure she will do well.

I feel there has been a lot of misunderstandings where the agents are not being honest with me about my expectations. They appear helpful and on the same page on the phone (if I phone them) but then no follow up/contact. I am not sure what I am paying them for because at the moment I have been upset and disappointed for several months. Its stressful. I am fairly certain it could of been avoided with some honesty as I feel they agree with me but don't follow through or reply. I feel they are avoiding me. Not replying or responding it a statement in itself.

This was the most stressful transaction but through absolutely no fault of Gould and Harrison who I cannot praise enough.

I started my buying journey in Feb 2023 and completed Dec 2023 buying from them. Putting an offer on the house I fell in love with in March. It was Andy who took me for a couple of viewings and never pressured me to make a decision but let me decide.

At various points I spoke with the rest of the team who were always so helpful, but I have a special mention for Jo who was phenomenal with her communication to all parties in the chain and really went the extra mile. She never once got annoyed with me, she was on the end of the phone or email when I was stressed and crying and also when there were happy moments.
