GO Outdoors - Wolverhampton Anmeldelser

We were helped by Ryan in the Wolverhampton branch today he helped us find everything we needed to make our camping holiday run as smoothly as possible, he even help us take our purchases to our car, thank you

Very good experience! The cashier (Sabrina) helped us save a lot of money, was very helpful 😁

Great service from John at the tills today. Very friendly.

They had exactly what I was looking for. Abby, who served me, was friendly and efficient

Excellent service provider

We went to view a completely different tent to the one we bought because of the door. Glad they had both pitched. Checked stock the week after and signed up for the text message discount. Staff working 24/4/26 & 01/05/26 were more than helpfully. Great service.

Staff are helpful but not intrusive when you're looking around. Great knowledge and perfect customer service. Ade on the till was amazing.

Fast delivery. Great looking tent. Bargain price. Not used it yet but really looking forward to trying it on our next camping trip

We had a great experience today. We found everything we needed and a member of staff Ewan helped us tremendously by carrying a large package to the checkout for us. Abi Y helped us through the till and renewed our card for us. She gave us some very helpful advice. Once we had paid Ewan appeared and offered to carry our package to the car. We really are very grateful for this level of service. Thank you, Go Outdoors, and particularly Ewan and Abi.

Went to go out doors yesterday ryan was very helpful always goes above and beyond pleasant fella cheers m8 much appretiated .

Brandon was absolutely brilliant went above and beyond for me, managed to sort my order and hold the item until I could get customer services to cancel and reorder! I can’t wait for my new Oakley’s to arrive!! Thank you so much Brandon and John

The store was amazingly tidy with all items clearly priced. Staff were helpful to guide me regarding gortex clothing ready for my next adventure. Sabrina on checkout was very polite and efficient when renewing my membership card etc.

Went to look for climbing shoes and sunglasses. Young woman informed me the store doesn’t any longer sell climbing equipment but told me what stores do which was helpful. I then spoke to Ryan who came off a till to help me look at Oakley’s sunglasses, Ryan was patient and asked a manager if I could try them outside in the sun. He also let me try his glasses which were polarised so I could compare the difference. I’d found the same pair on line so Ryan price matched +10%. Overall had a good experience in store found the staff cheerful and helpful. 👌🏻 great store, Leisure lakes bikes are a good addition

Needed specialist advice re some hiking boots and sizing. Excellent service by both Sabrina and Denton. Even helped me with a price match. Very happy.

Great service at the Wolverhampton store. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We love visiting this store for everything we need.

Shout Out to Abi Y at Wolverhampton Go outdoors excellent customer service sorting out my purchase would definitely recommend this store.

Good service, friendly staff

After discovering yesterday that my membership card was apparently not linked to my online account, (even though I have used it online before 🤷‍♀️) I made various frustrating and fruitless attempts to contact Customer Care at GoOutdoors to get this rectified. I wanted to make a purchase and take advantage of the online discount being offered on walking boots, so I decided to phone and see if my local branch could help at all instead.
The staff at Wolverhampton were amazing. Ann-Marie answered the phone and was friendly and helpful from the get-go. She understood my issue straight away and although she said they weren't able to link my card in store, she checked their stock, put the boots aside for me to collect later in the day, and also spoke with the manager, who authorised the discount that I was unable to access online!
I would like to say a very big thank you to both Ann-Marie and Vicky for their kindness and care - you really made my day 😊
