Abiy served me on this occasion. I just needed a couple of things for an upcoming trip to Canada. It was about 30 minutes before closing time on Sunday and we chatted briefly about the day. Suffice to say, it had been a bit of a tough one in some respects but she remained friendly and professional and didn’t let it affect our interaction.

Go Outdoors had exactly what I needed. I thought they probably would.

In store service is amazing. Staff are awesome and attentive, and the stock is beyond par with excellence. i cannot fault them.
However, shopping online, have a home delivery, not collect from store. i should have listened to my friend who had a similar experience but I went ahead and ordered something that I needed on a time sensitive basis due to be delivered in 3-5days. after almost 2 weeks of no updates, I rang customer services who told me the item was at the store on day 5 but the notification email "hadn't been sent for some reason" So off I went to the store in my lunch break to pick up my order. Upon arrival I was told it was not in the store. I left frustrated, and called customer services on the way back to work. During the call I was asked if I could turn around and go back to the store as the item was 100% there for me to collect. I could not but had another call whilst at work to confirm the item available to collect after work. Thankfully the operator was awesome and managed to double confirm the item was on the desk awaiting my collection after work. But after nearly two weeks wait for an item that was already there then being turned away after travelling 45mins the frustration had already been firmly implanted in my mind. It will be home deliveries for me from now on if ordered online.

Great store with plenty of choice. Found the item I was looking for straightaway. I then went to the checkouts. The young lady was very polite and helpful. The young lady was Willtoria.

I was shopping with my daughter for her DofE expedition and both Ryan and Ade were very knowledgeable with required products. They went out of their way to help me choose the right products and also advised me of the available discounts through Go Outdoors which saved me a good chunk of money. Thank you both, it was a great experience shopping at Go Outdoors.

Abby and Vicky helped us find exactly what we needed and were so helpful explaining pros and cons. It was an excellent piece of customer service.

Membership and the reason we will always go back to that branch only now. Great staff member.

Excellent customer service from John and Abi.

We bought a larger Hi Gear camping table. Yet to use it but the smaller one 70 x 70 x 70 did a good job. Apart from the supporting cross struts made it difficult to get my legs under. So the new 110 x 70 x 70 should be great.
Abiy was very professional and showed interest in interacting with us about what we were planning 👍
