Go Outdoors very helpful in exchanging leaking walking boots
Bruce was particularly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I had to take back a pair of walking boots which leaked. He took them back with no problem and pointed me to a suitable pair in exchange.

Amazing Stores
Amazing store. Everything my daughter needed for her DofE expedition was available, and they even provided a discount on all the kit I bought for her as a young participant. It was a huge help for a young family like ours.

Excellent service
The staff in the store were friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
Sue was excellent in assisting me with finding the right fitting walking shoes. Sue showed me the options in my size and advised of what I should look out for regarding how the walking shoes fitted. I was extremely pleased in finding a lovely looking, lightweight pair of walking shoes within my budget - Thank you Sue.

After returning to walking on a regular…
After returning to walking on a regular basis I needed to ensure my clothing is up to the job.
I’ve had three trips to Go Outdoors in Solihull and bought walking trousers, base layers and today I was in search of a breathable jacket as wearing my fleece is going to be too hot as spring is arriving.
I had excellent assistance from Bruce who took the time to explain the benefits of the different garments and assisted me in my choice. I’m looking forward to trying out my new Berghaus in the next few days and no doubt I’ll be back for something else.
