GO Outdoors - Shrewsbury (Express) Anmeldelser

The staff in this town-centre (Shrewsbury) shop give off a welcoming atmosphere, the store is well laid out, and in the footwear and boot section DAN was helpful, gave good advice and pointers, and didn't try to push a particular sale on me.

I went in to buy a camping kettle and look for some walking shoes. Elin served me and she couldn’t be more helpful. She explained what was available, how the sizes worked and if they didn’t have the size, they could get them in for me. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Chris also gets the thumbs up on the till.

Hang on a minute...£100 off a £140 down jacket? What a great deal! So I paid my £5 to become a "member" and handed over the £40! Just as importantly, the staff were great, not pushy or in your face but polite and extremely helpful, particularly Kris, Laura and a young man who was really informative about camping gear upstairs. They're simply a credit to the company.

Kelly was very helpful and new her job at Go Outdoors Shrewsbury express found what I needed in your shop .

Very helpful, friendly staff

Extremely helpful at till. My GO card was not recognised so searched and issued replacement to ensure I got members price.

We called in on Sunday and Kelly was extremely helpful and courteous

I just bought waterproof bottoms. All a bit pricey for me but had lots of help from Kelly and ended up with the right pair for my budget / requirements. She gave us some useful info about hand warmer products too.
Thanks!

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Range of stuff slightly limited, but only a small store and stocks a reasonable range. Prices very competitive

Member of staff came and asked if they could help, collected my order and served in polite and friendly manner. Super service!

Excellent service from Elin, not pushy but knew the products and was able to help make right purchase for us

On the off chance on finding a Waterproof jacket and I found what I wanted. Size is always the issue. Great help from Kelly in finding my size and then explained the features of the Jacket. Top service. Many thanks

Fantastic shopping experience. Friendly staff and well stocked store. I was served by Kelly who was very professional and approachable.

Served by Laura and Will, both were helpful and efficient. Had a lovely conversation with Laura :)

Patient and helpful assistance from Lilly in helping me choose a pair of walking boots.

Great shop and easy to access - friendly staff thanks Kelly

Fantastic Service from Laura over 2 visits and Will yesterday ! My husband was quite indecisive about the walking boots that he was trying on and tried on lots !
In the end we decided to return the next day to further the indecision ! In the end REALLY pleased with the very good walking boots and a couple of hats that we purchased . Laura and Will very very patient, good humoured and made sure we were ok with the eventual purchase. Thank you .
