Great customer service from the guys in the store. Double checking I had the correct chair. Lo and behold I didn't! Saved my bacon on my trip for certain. You don't get that online.

Visited the Halifax store today to buy some clothing for an upcoming walk up Ben Nevis for Overgate Hospice. Jake, the Manager, was extremely knowledgable, informative and charming and helped me make sensible choices for my trip. Really pleased with everything I bought and was delighted with the excellent customer service. Can’t recommend enough.

Incredible service
I had a fantastic experience at Go Outdoors. I went in to buy a tent and ended up getting everything I needed for my trip. The staff were brilliant – really knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They gave me great recommendations and helpful advice that made the whole process stress-free. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I left feeling confident with my purchases.
