They immediately helped me find what I was looking for (matress repair patches), got me some (free) spares which came from display stock, checked my understanding of how the product worked and checked if I needed anything else. Thank you

Exemplary sevice
I want to thank Susan and May for the exemplary service I received when I was returning a pair of waterproof boots which were leaking. I had had them for about 4 months.
Susan was very helpful and patient while I was selecting boots.
May had looked after my goods at the till and given good advice.

Another Great Outdoor experience !
We use Clydebank a lot. Always get great customer service and today was no exception. The customer assistant, MAY, was very helpful and checked a price enquiry I had without any bother and served us as if we were the only people in the store although it was quite busy. Items we purchased were great quality and value as always. Another good experience at Clydebank.
