GO Outdoors - Caernarfon (Express) Anmeldelser

I visited this store recently to purchase some clothes for our Iceland trip, I would like to say that all the staff went out of their way to help us, coming up with alternatives ideas if an items was not in my size etc. w definitely spent more than I intended to, but that is because they offered clothing I had not considered, but will definitely use. A special mention the manager who was very helpful and also to Ceri who found me some lovely fleeces.

I have always found the staff at Go Outdoors Dinas, Caernarfon to be efficient, friendly and not too pushy ...which I like. The store is always neat and tidy with the clothing rails organised which makes finding the right size much easier. I love that it's dog friendly with water and treats. I found Ceri and Matt the Manager particularly knowledgeable and friendly on our last visit.

Great discount, had everything we needed, and to Helen many thanks

Only visit once a year when I take my car for service to the Slaters Garage next door. Helen & Matt are always helpful.. They go out of there way to help. Diolch

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The patiently helped me kit out my son for a school trip giving great advice. Without exception they were very friendly. The quality of the items was superb and great value for money.

Fantastic service and helpful staff. Diolch!

Visited to pick-up a Click-and-Collect. Realised one of the items was incorrect so handed back to staff stating I had no use for it. According to the T&Cs the staff should have offered me an alternative or refund, they did neither. The staff might be friendly but they don't understand either Consumer Law or their company's online T&Cs.

Very friendly staff but not bothering you all the time. Knowledgeable and helpful regarding hiking and climbing. Some competitive prices if you get member card and accepts blue light card. Also has good selection of products including camping items in a tidy spacious store.

Relaxed atmosphere in the shop which makes it pleasant to look at everything and spot things

Helpfull staff , attention to detail and courteous.

Very good staff at dinas store nr caernarfon

The staff were very helpful and assisted me when asked

A young assistant came to help us find a pair of boots in my size, when I asked him about the soles compared to another pair - he said 'I dont know what the difference is " not the best answer - he could of got a more experienced assistant to help us.He just left us to it. We bought some socks and when we got home ( 200 miles home) one sock still had the alarm in it - so thats going to be a trip to another store to remove - not great - slap dash

Knowledgable and excellent service all round, coupled with a friendly approach!

Superb and quality stock range for all ages, tastes, shapes and sizes. We went away with much more than we had gone in for!
