GO Outdoors - Berwick Anmeldelser

Served by Cheryl who could not have been more helpful. Cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. We even got a great discount too. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, great prices, a good variety of items to choose from in the shop, and convenient location and opening hours.

Lovely staff & good customer service! Bought my daughter who’s potty training a carry potty but it was marked the wrong price so 2 lovley ladies sorted it out & knocked some money off for us for the hassle. Served by Cheryl couldn’t thank her enough☺️

We were served today by Cheryl. She is a lovely lady, very friendly. She sorted our discounts out and saved us a lot of money. She was lovely with our little dog and gave her treats.
Another helpful man showed us to the recliners we wanted and lifted them to the till for us.
A great experience.

Served by Cheryl, the friendliest lady, felt like she was interested in us as a family gave advice and offered helpful suggestions on making the most out of our shopping and further experience while in the area.
Also asked for help while we were looking in the isles and again another polite staff member pointed out what we needed.

Myself and my boyfriend can’t thank Gwen and Ken at Go Outdoors Berwick for saving our holiday! We had a faulty product and with no fuss, the issue was promptly solved. They were both extremely kind, professional and calm throughout the whole process! They are amazing:)!

I needed binoculars and a member of staff called Cheryl was incredibly helpful. She took me over, recommended the best ones for what I required and helped me with my membership. She was the loveliest and most helpful sales assistant I have ever had the pleasure to meet so thank you!

We were served by Cheryl who was very helpful and friendly

I phoned local store after not receiving follow up email for collection. They helped to confirm my purchase and apologised.

Cheryl helped us in store last Saturday, she helped us with the membership and buying an air tent. She was very polite and answered all the questions we had about the tent for us. I would recommend this shop as it is well stocked and friendly staff. They also have a good range of display tents to help you choose the correct one.

Lovely friendly staff, Cheryl served us and couldn’t have been more helpful.. gave the pooches treats and made us feel valued as customers, great store with plenty of products to choose from.. thanks again 🙂

Cheryl on the checkout was very nice and helpful. I got what I was looking for.

I was looking for a specific item that was not on the shelf.
Cheryl and her colleague went above and beyond.
Locating the item in the depths of the store room.
Thank you both.
Great service

I went into the store today to look for a wetsuit for my daughter and some treats for my dogs, a tick remover for my dogs and some insect repellent so hopefully we don't get any more ticks! Cheryl who was on the till, was very friendly and helpful and was able to take us to the items that we couldn't find ourselves. Fabulous customer service.

I’m not one for reviews but we had unbelievable customer service from the assistant Cheryl! So thank you Cheryl

Very helpful staff member very polite and friendly Cheryl

I popped in to the store today to browse and definitely not to buy. However, I have the breaking strain of a kit Kat when it comes to buying walking gear. I bought a pair of Rab trousers in the sale. Great value and great staff, especially Cheryl who brought a smile to my face with her cheerful smile and great tips on how to deal with the mother-in-law; made my day.

What a lovely experience me and my son had today at Go outdoors. We met a lovely server called Cheryl. We spoke to Cheryl about my son going to china for a year. She was really really helpful and very nice. She is a HUGE asset to Go outdoors and the business
