Just left Go outdoor in Belfast had brilliant experience with their staff particularly Ben in boot department. I will return soon

What made my experience great was the help that I got from the staff member called Mark. He was able to advise me about the camping equipment that suited my needs and quickly realised that I had a disability and helped me get all my camping equipment gathered up and even packed it into my car for me, as I could not lift the heavy 8 man tent and some others items. I am extremely grateful for the help as it was a little embarrassing for me as I could not manage doing this all alone I have been back since and Mark has been quick to help myself and other customers. I even offered him a tip for his kindness, but he would not take it out of respect for the situation I was in.

I have never had a bad visit to this store all staff are approachable and helpful, One staff member Sam stands out as he goes out of his way to make your visit as easy and stressless as possible, he advises you of whats the best for what your looking to do.

This is our second time in two weeks visiting the Belfast store.
On both occasions we received excellent customer service from Sam. His expertise in the camping field was outstanding. Would def recommend this store. We will be back 🤗

Was served by Sarah-Louise who couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting out an issue with my membership and discount card to ensure I got the discount. She had to drive 2 or 3 different things rather than a “sorry no” - that takes a particular brand of care whilst also making the customer feel they weren’t a hassle. Promotion and pay rise required. Called into the store looking for a family tent for our first time camping. After browsing threw a wide selection of tents on display we asked Bradley a member of staff in the tent section for help. Bradley was very polite and extremely knowledgeable, helping us make an informed decision on which tents was best for us. After chatting we were able to make a decision and purchase. Would highly recommend calling in if your a first time buyer and unsure what may suit your budget and needs.

Had problems with my airtent whilst on holiday during the extremly warm spell we have had recently .i rang go outdoors to enquire about buying some spare air poles ,young lady on phone said she would ask the manager Johnny for me ,to which she promptly rang me back and said he was going to order me in a set .I got home today recieved message from the manager Johnny to say they had arrived and were ready for collection.excellent customer service and staff have great attitude.They couldnt be more helpful. Helpful, cheerful and friendly staff member looking after me with my purchase. He could have been better equipped with a tablet or electronic device to let him know what stock was available in my size rather than going back and forth.

All of the staff are extremely polite, patient and helpful. Today we bought our first tent and Bradley assisted us with all the extra bits and pieces, advising us on what we needed and what would suit us best. Despite us repeatedly thinking that we had no more questions for him, inevitably more questions arose and Bradley continued to assist us wonderfully. Even when we ended up with questions on fishing rods and kayaks, amd I expected him to maybe call a colleague from that section, he was able to help us there too. A great ambassador for Go Outdoors, thanks Bradley!
