Purchased set of clubs, didnt like them, clubs returned and my account was credited half of what was paid. I did hit 2 clubs at range so fine print says they now are used. Will never shop there again.

well, I made the mistake of ordering my second item ever and both experiences have been terrible. Bad, cheap products that they ship. Returning the item costs quite a bit so you're stuck with it. I will NEVER order anything from this outfit again.

Recently started purchasing a number of different apparel items from GolfEtail. Received one shirt that was flawed (stitching on collar) and could not be worn. Notified company to no avail. E-Mail messages were ignored and the company accepted no responsibility for selling poor quality merchandise.

Everyone should think twice about doing business with GolfEtail. Does anyone really want to do business with a company who would risk loosing a customer over an item retailing for $9.99?

This is the worst customer service that I have known, they don't care about anyone but themselves. I bought some golf sunglasses but I never received the package. The package was lost by USPS and I notified this to GolfEtail and they said that they do not care! What is that! I will never buy anything from them.
Other companies do care about the customer and make sure that the customer receives the product. If something happens with the shipment, they take care of it. GolfEtail... they just don´t care about you.
I called them, wrote them... but I got nothing from them... just an "it is not my problem" answer.

very poor customer service, they don't care about anyone but themselves. I bought a mystery box from them after buying several other items previously. they stated this box had a value of $70, it was discounted to $35, I received the box and the value was less than $20. I tried to return this box because the value was terrible and they would not accept my return.

I ordered a new set of irons from Golfetail. I received the exact clubs that I wanted and they actually arrived earlier than promised. I'm very happy with my irons and I will order from this company again.

I bought a pair of golf shoes to be delivered to Northern Ireland, UK. Cheap price. Somehow the shoes are being delivered to Erlanger KY. USA. A deliberate mistake?. As ever EBay and this companies ability to correct errors is non existent, and takes a huge amount of effort.

BEWARE. Worst retailer ever experienced. Customer service was almost entirely unresponsive. Return policies are completely unethical and deceptive. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought items direct off their website and tried to purchase something they listed on eBay. The bidding was very low on the item and I was the only bidder and just before the auction ended they pulled the item off eBay saying it wasn't available. Because this item was going to sell very low they pull the item??? Not cool with me and they get no more business from me. Oh and didn't they go and list the same item up for bid within a few hours later.

Good luck dealing with this company. I never received item & customer service was routine & unhelpful.

No way to leave a message. Email not being responded to. When you call, get message that they are busy and they hang up.

I signed up for their email deals not knowing what to expect. I purchased a couple of shirts. Wow! I recd them within 2 days and save over $20 a ashirt. I will be back!!!

Couldn't beat the prices and shipping was very fast. Ordered and shipped in the same day. 3 days later my new driver arrived. Can't beat that! Thanks Golfetail!!!

Because they are members of the ebay global shipping program they can contradict their shipping info without reprisal from ebay. When i asked for a golf shaft to be combined they refused claiming a bunch of misinformation prevents them from doing that. They wanted 30 bucks to ship each shaft! Scaaaaaaamers. There you go, Jamie, i guess it wasn't 25 bucks a piece after all. Don't support slamming ebay sellers, people. These people are the dregs. So rude and combative on the phone, unreasonable, and they screened phone calls beforhad even confirmed that i wanted to cancel the transaction. Pure losers.e i

I had placed a bid on Ebay for a set of Callaway irons. The irons were listed by Golfetail on March 24, I had the high bid on March 25. 3 hours after I placed my bid, Golfetail cancelled the bidding claiming the item was no longer available. Eight minutes later the opened a new listing for the same clubs indicating more than 10 sets available. They also cancelled a bid that another party had for a similar item at the same time. Since the cancellation, Golfetail has placed more listings for the same clubs on Ebay and, in fact, now is showing that the clubs I had bid on and they cancelled, have been relisted. I tried to contact them but the do not respond. Beware!!!

I have to be honest and tell you I was a little nervous about ordering from this company with the mixed reviews I read. But all my worries were alleviated when I received my order 3 days after I placed it and it was everything I had hoped. I ordered the Adams V4 graphite shaft set of irons - they are beautiful! I would order from this company again. Thank you!

After spending over $500 over the course of 1 year, Golf Etail left me high and dry with unacceptable service from the owner Carol. I paid using PayPal and didn't realize it auto-inserted the incorrect shipping address. When I realized this and let Golf eTail know, they said it was "too late" it had already shipped. I let them know that I haven't lived at that address for over 10 years. They assured me that they would not "leave me high and dry." They hoped the received would refuse the package and ship it back to them. That never happened. I contacted Golf eTail again and their tune changed drastically. They said, "we did our part and shipped it to the address you provided" and besides "we sold out of this Adidas shorts already." I was outraged by this lack of service. First of all, Jacob told me, " don't worry we will take care of you" but that was a outright lie unless he meant they were going to screw me over. Carol, the owner was even worse. She showed no empathy nor did she show that she valued me as a customer. I took myself off their email list and I will never buy anything from them again. I would recommend other consumers to beware of this company that is focused on the bottom line instead of the customer.

I am a very happy Golfetail customer. I look forward to the daily deal emails, have placed serveral orders and have always received the item I ordered at the price I expected in a timely manner.

I bought a set of irons here and it was a good experience. So when I wanted a GPS I checked them out. Found a great deal on just the item I was looking for, and placed my order. I received the item in a timely manner, but it was not the item depicted I have tried to contact them numerous times through e-mail and phone but never received a response. Now I have invested money in a product that is like 1980's technology and useless to me.

I placed a web order and they took my payment. After not receiving the item, I called their customer service and they told me that there was a computer error and they would not fill the order. They stated they would credit my account and still have not done that. I had to file a complaint with Paypal in order to get a refund. The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional.
