Goldman Sachs manages your Apple Card
Goldman Sachs manages your Apple Card. probably the most incompetent customer service you will ever encounter. I have been refuting a fraudulent charge from Airbnb and have provided documentation since June 20 of 2026. They repeatedly request the same information over and over again. I have evidence and they still can’t reconcile or process the information.. you’re either speaking to people that don’t speak English, don’t read English, or they’re just idiots because I’ve replied so many times letting them know that I tried to cancel the booking directly after I booked it based on the revelation of where the booking information was located was not revealed. Secondly, the homeowner refused to answer phone calls, refused to call back, and refused to answer the door. This said, this is an open and shut case and should’ve been accredited back to my account without taking me through extreme levels of customer abuse. They have bullied me and abused my time, and they don’t deserve to get any good ratings because they’re absolutely horrible with ayou’re either speaking to people that don’t speak English, don’t read English, or they’re just idiots because I’ve replied so many times letting them know that I tried to cancel the booking directly after I booked it based on the revelation of where the booking information was located was not revealed. They’re cruel
They’re cruel! I was ignored because I asked for with~drawal, locked my account after a month leaving me with nothing. Having **Cele~StialDrifts** intervened was my biggest luck. Got every dime back.
This a review for GS Bank Apple Card
This a review for GS Bank Apple Card. On July 7, 2026 I received an email from USA LLC filing confirming that the total amount charged to my Apple Card would be refunded. I cancelled an order with USA Llc Filing order # 3D32555C. Refunded amount applicable is $377.00 to Apple Mastercard. Noting that it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to hit my account. There still seems to be some kind of on going disagreement between between USA LLC Filing and Apple Card even though they both have the confirmation email I was sent by USA LLC Filing. Go figure.
Disturbing unethical, financial practices, and abysmal customer service
The only thing more disturbing about how this company handles fraudulent charges that are clearly fraudulent on the accounts of their good paying customers is the absolute moron level customer service that you can expect to be greeted with from their staff who can only be described as the bottom of the barrel worst candidates of today’s Work Force. They do not even know their own address to submit a complaint or a police report. Thank goodness for the Better Business Bureau and consumer Affairs that is more than willing to take yet another in an avalanche of complaints against this company. The concept of the Apple Card is wonderful and the cashback is great, but should you ever need some actual service from the host bank you are 100% out of luck.

Goldman Sachs (Apple Card): A Masterclass in Ignoring Fraud Disputes
Goldman Sachs (Apple Card): A Masterclass in Ignoring Fraud Disputes
I wish I could give zero stars. I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering the Apple Card—and as a final act of frustration after months of being ignored.
My Experience:
I was charged $75.81 across seven unauthorized Sling TV transactions. I never used the service. Sling TV confirmed there was zero viewing activity and canceled the membership. But Goldman Sachs—the bank behind Apple Card—repeatedly denied my dispute, claiming "the merchant had your location and billing info." As if that proves I authorized charges I never made. I sent them the cancellation confirmation. They still sided with the merchant. I've now filed a complaint with the CFPB.
UPDATE: After requesting the evidence Goldman Sachs used to deny my fraud dispute, they sent me blank letters claiming they "cannot provide details due to internal fraud protocols." They reinstated $75.81 in unauthorized Sling TV charges despite Sling TV confirming zero usage. This is a blatant violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act. @GoldmanSachs @AppleCard #CFPB #ConsumerRights

A Disgraced Bank from bottom to top!
This bank is and its decision makers from bottom to top should run a detention facility that’s existed maybe 100 years ago somewhere in Europe, and not running a bank who benefits from the American consumers in the 21st century where diversity, equality and fairness is mandated by law by our founders and these rights are assured and protected and not a privileged nor are a benefits. This is a disgraced bank!
Poor service lately for Applecard…
Poor service lately for Applecard issues. I submitted proof I had been defruaded, but my chargeback was denied. Generally, I've been very happy with my Applecard, but GS is not up to the standards Apple sets for the customer experience. In the past, the service was decent and convenient, but they seem to have made some internal changes that are creating bad experiences. I'm surprised Apple is putting up with this.
Months of waiting, two denials, and no meaningful explanation
Goldman Sachs’s handling of my Apple Card dispute has destroyed my confidence in the card.
I disputed a $1,387.79 purchase of a WYBOT pool cleaner that failed within its first year. I submitted supporting evidence, including correspondence with the merchant. After months of waiting and two reviews, Goldman Sachs denied the dispute with a generic statement that there was no evidence to substantiate my claim.
I asked for an explanation both times. The merchant documentation shared with me showed delivery. I never disputed delivery. My complaint concerned a robot that stopped working and the merchant’s failure to provide an acceptable resolution.
Neither response explained how my defect-related evidence was evaluated or why it was insufficient. Months of waiting followed by a generic rejection is deeply disappointing customer service.
I cannot see what happened internally, but the responses gave me no confidence that my evidence received meaningful consideration. I am asking Goldman Sachs to address the actual complaint and provide a specific explanation.
This is about my Experience with the Goldman Sachs/ Apple Card Dispute Team
If I could give zero stars to Goldman Sachs for how my dispute with Shopfad was handled, I would.
I am extremely disappointed with the initial outcome of my dispute involving Goldman Sachs and Apple Card. Despite submitting 24 screenshots, detailed documentation, photographs, and a complete timeline of my experience, my dispute was initially resolved in favor of the merchant, Shopfad.
What is especially frustrating is that on August 25, 2026, Shopfad sent me an email stating: “Now your dispute is under review by Goldman Sachs and we believe the bank will give you satisfactory results and no need to worry about that.” Even the merchant appeared confident that the evidence would support my dispute.
On April 2, 2026, I purchased a Scandinavian Solid Oak Platform Bed Frame for $453.69. After waiting approximately four months, I finally received the replacement bed on August 11, 2026. My original shipment had been delayed in customs in California, and I ultimately had to go through the replacement process.
Unfortunately, on August 15, when my son and I attempted to assemble the bed, we discovered significant scratches and damage throughout the panels, mismatched colors, and no assembly instructions. That same day, I contacted the merchant and requested a full refund. I provided photographs documenting the damage and repeatedly requested a prepaid return label and pickup of the damaged merchandise. Instead of resolving the matter, the merchant repeatedly offered a partial refund, another replacement, or an exchange. I declined these options because I did not want to go through the same process again or receive another damaged or defective product.
I submitted 24 screenshots and extensive supporting evidence to the Dispute Team, including communications documenting my repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the merchant. I also provided evidence that the merchant repeatedly asked me to close or withdraw my dispute before proceeding with other options.
Despite this extensive documentation, Goldman Sachs initially sided with the merchant. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I spent approximately 12–15 hours communicating with the merchant and the dispute team, providing documentation, photographs, and detailed explanations. I have also been sleeping on the floor for approximately five months because I still do not have a usable bed.
My concern is not simply about the $453.69. It is about whether a dispute involving 4 months delivery, damaged merchandise, extensive documentation, and numerous communications was given a thorough and fair review. I expected the evidence I submitted—including the merchant's own written communications—to be carefully considered.
I understand that the dispute is now being reviewed again by Goldman Sachs. I sincerely hope that this time, the 24 screenshots, photographs, timeline, and all communications will be carefully reviewed and taken into consideration.
I believe Goldman Sacks, followed the Merchant return policy. This was not an ordinary case as it took the merchant 4 months to deliver the bed. Customers deserve a thorough review of the evidence they provide, as well as a clear explanation of how a dispute decision is reached.
Because of this experience, I have stopped using my Apple Card for large purchases. This experience has significantly affected my confidence in using the card for expensive purchases, particularly when I believe I may need the dispute process to protect me in the event of a serious problem with a purchase.
Goldman Sachs’s is a horrible bank
I had an Apple Card that was charged by a scammer out of Jamaica. I disputed the charges and the bank took the side of the scammers. Never received any product. Scammers said it had been delivered. When checking tracking number, it was non existent. I closed my Apple credit card account and don’t recommend it. I’m out almost 80.00
Sorry for my choice in a bank
Well it's been a little over a year that I have been fighting with this company that they are wrong. Sent proof many times they still just don't get it. I purchased some clothing from a merchant located in England (didn't know that at the time) so I assumed the 75.95 was in dollars but I was wrong it was in the British pound so the 75.95 was really 106.57 in dollars. My bank Goldman Sachs just didn't realize that and the merchant demanded I pay via PayPal which I did. Now Goldman Sachs is saying that PayPal didn't pay the merchant per the merchant so Goldman Sachs is still trying to pay 75.95 in American dollars. They don't believe the receipts I sent from PayPal and evidently the billing manager at the merchant either because I sent GS the text from her that it's paid in full.
I soooooo wish I would have come to Trustpilot before getting the Apple Card. This bank is not customer knowledgeable 100% on merchant side. I will keep fighting this but from the reviews I guess is a loosing battle but if I was rich I definitely would take them to court. Maybe all the people who have had bad experiences with this place should get together and file a suit together.
I just found out I can go to the FDIC and lodge a complaint against GS. You can also call the FDIC and actually talk to a real human being not some ALMOST INTELLIGENT piece of hardware!!!! So if GS does not read all the items I've sent them via email and certified MAIL I will follow through with FDIC and will keep you informed of the outcome. Hope they never hired anyone who worked for GS.
AppleCard Delight
Goldman Sachs (for AppleCard) puts a carrot on a string in front of you when it comes to their hardship program.
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. Be prepared to talk to 6 people, get passed around for 2 hours, and accomplish absolutely nothing.
Terrible Customer Service / hates their customers
Unfortunately, Apple uses Goldman to issue their Apple Card. Goldman has the most unhelpful , rude customer service that never resolves an issue. I had an issue with a merchant , I presented in great detail why , not only did the merchant misrepresent their location ; but that the cost to ship back , plus customs would wipe out the refund . Painstaking detail , 2 hours on the phone. Finally they sided with the merchant , who provided misinformation. Imagine going against your own customers ? Shame on Apple too
I opened an Apple Card on December…
I opened an Apple Card on December 2026. It is serviced by Goldman Sachs. I did not realize that all statements go to this App thing on my phone. So I missed payments in February and March 2026. I was out buying a motorcycle with a small loan. Loan was declined at the dealership for an allegedly a past due payments of $48. I had not idea what that was about. So I started investigating and found out is t was Goldman Sachs. I called them and said they should not be reporting me for a billing statement I never received. I expected a statement in the mail - like all my accounts and I just pay them. Goldman Sachs guy could not tell me when in their contract it said App only communication. Not in there. Refused to help. So for as far as I am concerned do not do business with apple or Goldman Sachs. I got hung up on 2 times. Everyone is "sorry" and always apologizing - what they are trained to do - without solving anything!!! Awful experience so I closed the account FOREEVER. Do not do business with Goldman Sachs - EVER - they are terrible and really worse.
If I could give lower I would
If I could give lower I would, was offered a credit card, then tried to use credit card, it got locked for fraudulent activity, called and unlocked the card used it again, account is now under review that can take 7 business days. Complete joke of a company
The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. They do not take care of a customer with any level of knowledge or understanding. I don’t think that they even look at the provided documentation when they have a claim before them. I’m so sorry that I ever opened up an account with them. If I ever get my issue resolved, I’ll close this account.
If I could rate this company less than…
If I could rate this company less than a 1 I would! My mom passed away almost 1 year ago and they refuse to release her funds to us. They have requested document after document and there is always something else. They even made us record her trust which our attorney said is not done in Michigan. Now the whole world can see it. Good luck getting your funds once they have them.
