I recently won a £100 gift card for Gold arts, which was amazing. I visited the store and all the staff members were super lovely. Made us feel welcomed and help with ordering the jewellery I wanted to their store from another one. The store was great, everything was beautifully displayed with all the prices next to them, so was easy to look around and see what you wanted. All round great experience.

We have had great service from Gold Arts for many years now including small repairs to Diamond re setting pearl necklace repair. All have been repaired quickly and at very reasonable costs. While in shop the lovely lady cleaned our rings for a charity donation. Amazing service and treated normally couldn’t recommend highly enough

Just picked up my ring which had been buckled and bent when I caught my finger in a door and was extremely impressed by the repair which looks seem less thank you gold arts 👍 also my wife had found a nice looking brass charm in a Christmas cracker if all places which she loved so I asked gold arts if the could replicate it in solid silver the made a mould and then cast it I. Silver for her which turned out looking amazing and made her day 🤩
