I was a fairly regular airport customer but have just changed as had an aversive experience and no follow up from GG when I raised concerns. the driver was distracted, tired , and appeared to be falling asleep on the M4. I had to nudge him twice as his closed and we veered across lanes. I was extremely worried and called go green but never heard anything back at all and this was months ago. They used to be great, but my experience has gone steadily downhill and being put in danger was too much. Do as I have and ue the very available competition

I was collected by Sue yesterday (18.2.24), and taken to Sturdy's Castle Hotel in Kidlington. She was really nice, friendly and efficient and a great pleasure to talk to. I know exactly where to go now when I need an Oxford taxi! Many thanks Sue.

I think this go green taxi company needs to have a word with James who works on the phones!

I called to speak to NKN a driver who wasn’t there so I asked for my phone number to be passed on to NKN!!
James refused to take my number saying it’s a rule of the company not to take or pass on phone numbers!!!!! & that all companies do the same!!!!
( I beg to differ James) never heard of that before!!

So how then do messages get passed on ??

James was being really awkward & wouldn’t take or pass on my number to NKN the driver regarding a taxi journey ide had yesterday!

I asked to speak to the owner or boss of who made up this silly rule!?

He gave me two names Nina & a guys name too!

Then he disconnected the call!

Very Strange behaviour!

I called back afterwards spoke to olly who had no problems taking a message and my number to NKN the driver!!

Rubbish. Ordered 2 taxi, the lady on the phone told me they should be at my place with 10 min, after 15 one arrived when I asked driver is the second one on the way he said he don't know, he been booked to do two trips. When I called back office and asked what happened they said that other taxi stuck in traffic. So I asked why they didn't call me back and let me know that they can't provide second one , cos now I'm going missed bus the lady said I shouldn't order taxi on last minute(but when I called asked for 2 they said no problem)...rude money grabber trying blame customer for they unprofessional service😡 at least driver was nice

Taxi driver did turn up on time and car was clean, but the fare was ridiculously expensive. I took the same return journey for a third of the price!

Unreliable, their drivers are late more than 50% of the time for journeys I have pre-booked, company does not accept responsibility or apologize for being late. Very expensive for unreliable service and old dirty cars. Avoid

They are getting more and more expensive, always late and unreliable

Avoid if you do value your money

I have used this company a few times now. Often late for their pick up time but will charge YOU if they leave late. Refused to start the journey until the payment had gone through and then charge waiting time while their system updates. Very rude and abrupt drivers with no customer service skills. They are also very expensive compared to other local taxi firms. I spent 10mins in a taxi (about 3 miles) charged me £18. I would not recommend them at all.

Booked a taxi this morning and my driver ( Jess ) was lovely. On time, friendly and drove safely, will definitely use again

Made a booking from Radley to North Abingdon and advised it’s a 20 mins wait. 30 mins passed and called GoGreen again to chase and had been advised to wait for another 30 mins blaming on A34 traffics. As soon as my calls ended, I received a text message confirmed booking which didn’t receive from my initial call. Quoted a typical £8 trip for a whopping £17.9! Claimed local taxi service which they apparently not local, quotation of £17.9 seems like a made-up amount including the trip from where the driver came from and stuck at traffics jams. Beware of their service.

Didn't show up on time booked. When I called I was told the driver was running late with last passenger. When driver finally turned up ( 17 minutes late) he told me he had had a call to cut his break short to come and pick me up. I was late for work due to this and was offered no discount

Totally shocking experience with this company. Was quoted a price for a booking, taxi itself was clean and on time. However the day after the booking, the company took additional money from my account without my consent. When I called to query this (I had to make a total 9 calls), I was spoken to by a member of staff who called me dishonest and was incredibly rude and refused to refund me, even though I had never been quoted an additional £91 - which is the money they took from my account! After I requested they listen to the phone call made where I was quoted the original price I was given a refund. However I wasn't told I had been given the refund, I had to call and chase this and was given no apology for how I had been spoken to. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would absolutely not recommend booking with this company.

Ordered 2 hrs prior to pick me up at 4pm, went on app at 4.05pm and it said cabbie was 15m away, so I missed my train by 2min. I can see why they banned Uber in Oxford

I’m down in Bicester for an event and I have used Go Green taxis while I’ve been here (I’ve taken 4 over the weekend) and each time the people of the phone have been lovely and helpful. And the taxi drivers have been great too. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a lovely driver. (Matthew) I was able to contact the driver easy to let him know I moved pickup location due to road closures. That was no issue. He was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend go green taxis. Especially if you get Matthew has your driver
