I used the Hayes branch of Goddard Vet to get my dog Riley vaccinated. The vet was v good and we had a discussion about a few concerns regarding Riley's health. I always find this branch is v clean and the staff v helpful.

First time visit to the vet, Goddard in Eastcote. Very helpful staff and great advice for a new owner.

Amazing service, the vet explained Jack’s condition very well, and the many possible outcomes in a clear empathic manner. She was kind with out cat, and caring. The receptionist was also nice and helpful! Great experience overall.

My appointment was on time didn't have to wait, very caring receptionist and Vet, and the price i paid for kennel cough was reasonable although could always be cheaper.

Goddards is a vets that I trust my dog with!

The vet was great: very gentle with our cat, gave her a thorough examination and advice on how to keep her healthy, explained the vaccinations she was having any why some weren’t needed this year. He also gave advice on how to check for fleas, given my choice not to use preventative flea treatments for environmental reasons.

Although the waiting room is small they have separate vet and together benches.

So good with my dog, made him feel really relaxed and the vet was very thorough

I attended the emergency clinic the other evening with my little daschound and he was very well looked after.
When I first rang the clinician I spoke to was very calming and put me at ease and the vet we saw was very thorough and I felt that we had very good care.

"We had to request an unscheduled appointment as one of our bunnies was showing all the signs of GI Stratis. Which can go wrong very fast.
1) The booking. The young lady who was the first and most important contact was brilliant. She listened and after I had finished said when can you get here? Just brilliant.
2) The first point of contact at the surgery was a young and very caring nurse. She took our bunny for some vital signs tests and kept us informed all the way.
3) The vet. One word sums this young woman up, brilliant.
Thats it a great visit and thanks to all who helped.

The service I received was exceptionally good, starting with the greeting from the receptionist and the vet made me feel at ease

recently had an appointment for my cat and was seen to by two very lovely people.
i felt very comfortable talking about the issues that my boy was having and they were very diligent to find solutions and recommendations to help improve his quality of life.
they even were quick to offer me a seat and help bring the cat carrying in the examination room because they saw i was disabled.

they were lovely to speak to and i didn't feel rushed out the door like other services. i felt heard, i felt looked after- (even though it's an appointment for my pet 😅) it was very relaxing and i didn't feel anxious at all even though i suffer majorly with social anxiety.
