We booked a party for my nine year old at Goals Beckenham. I was so impressed with all the staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The coach was so great with the kids and made the day really enjoyable for everyone there. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a birthday party idea

We booked our son’s 10th birthday party at Perry Barr Goals. Mohammed, the coaches, Tyler and all staff delivered a 1st class service. They were all very professional and we felt so welcomed and all the children had an amazing time. We highly recommend this venue for a children’s football party. Thank you to all the staff. The customer service was on point the whole party, was extremely friendly with the kids. All drills were very inclusive for all my disabled children and they loved the workers.

I had a really disappointing experience with Goals Tolworth. I tried booking over the phone, but the process was frustrating and unprofessional. After the call, I received no email confirmation of my booking, which left me uncertain about whether it was even processed.

To make things worse, when I reached out to customer service for support, I received no helpful assistance. It felt like no one cared about resolving the issue. For a service that should prioritize customer experience, this was a letdown. I won’t be booking with them again unless they seriously improve their communication and customer support.

From start to finish it was amazing and Tom as fantastic a real credit.

I booked Goals for my daughter’s 18th birthday and everything was perfect, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff.

Katie was on shift along with three other staff members on the night, the guests even commented on what a great environment it was and how friendly the staff had been on the night.

The booking process was easy. You could provide your own food and the staff went above and beyond to help with everything.

They provided a first aid kit and support when my elderly aunt injured herself.

Great facilities and the staff are exceptional.

A great night had by all.

My son just had his 11th birthday party here. Ashley was out coach. She was a very pleasant helpful young girl who was very good with the kids. We had a party of 10 kids and they had an amazing time

Today we used Bexleyheath Goals for my son's birthday party. No request was too small.

We had 11 very busy 10 and 11 year olds and goals staff kept them busy throughout the two hours.

Allocated coach was very good and supporting bar staff very helpful

Walked in for a football training session with my sons football team. Been here for nearly 25 minutes and yet to actually see a member of staff. They must be here as there's a bloke sat with half a pint left. We have shouted waved at cameras and nothing. No movement anywhere. Not even any staff outside. Not a good look.

The carpeted area in the bar is filthy also.

Had a shocking experience at Goals Bexleyheath. I’ve been a loyal customer at Goals Bexleyheath for over 8 years, but my experience on Monday, 18th October, was appalling. The manager attempted to lock the entrance doors at 10:45 PM, denying people access to the toilets and even locking some of the players inside the bathroom. His behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional, something I’ve never witnessed at this venue before.

This level of treatment is unacceptable, especially given the years of support we’ve shown as customers. I sincerely hope the Area Manager addresses this issue to ensure no one else has to endure such an unpleasant experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Goals Bexleyheath. The new manager has been consistently rude and has given us attitude during our visits and play time. Just yesterday, we were chased out at 10:44 PM, from the building, when players were still in the toilet/bathroom taking their bath, even though the closing hours are supposed to be 11 PM. It's frustrating to be treated this way, and it really puts a damper on what should be an enjoyable time. I hope they can address this issue soon.

We had our party today, and everything was amazing!!
Thank you so much, our party leader was the best, he was absolutely amazing!! He knew every child's names in a few minutes, and made my son party magical, he worked really hard to make sure all the children needs were met.

I had a lovely time at goals party venue for my friends 21st birthday conn mitchell the bar staff were incredible nice polite and great bar service would definitely recommend this place for a party/ birthday party !

They are charging extortionate prices with careless employees who believe they are right and the customer is always wrong
Any venue in London is £9 £10 to play for just an hour of football
As for the employees they are careless and benefiting from this company with their discounts and free football games

Would give Goals Osterley 10 stars!
The staff are brilliant, from Alex assistant manager to Caroline and Bernard. They are by far the best staff this Goals have. They are kind, helpful, courteous and great fun.
Also met Manuel who was there two years ago. We will definitely be back :-))

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent experience at the pitch. Lee entered the scene midway through our football match with a rude and aggressive demeanor, which was surprising given our long-standing relationship. We were due £20 this week for our pitch, and I politely asked to settle it when we left, assuming this wouldn’t be a problem after nearly 2 years of weekly visits. Our entire team was absolutely gobsmacked by his approach when he threatened to cancel our pitch. We even offered to pay extra on top of the remaining balance just to continue our session, but it fell on deaf ears. This is appalling, especially after spending thousands over the years. We will now have to look for a competitor. Very disappointing!

Play here every week, Staff are Always helpful with any problems we have, and the facilities are always brilliant and very clean. Parking is also easy

No working lockers. Basics.

Held a graduation party at this venue on 10th August. Excellent facility and fantastic staff. Highly recommended. Thank you.
