Bestellungen werden nicht verarbeitet. Man wartet Monate, ich habe bisher immer noch nichts erhalten. Vom Kundenservice wird man wenn überhaupt vertröstet und es passiert wieder nichts. Wenn ihr überlastet seid, müsst ihr den Verkauf stoppen oder pausieren?!
Stornierungen werden übrigens auch nicht bearbeitet.
Ich würde nie nie wieder bestellen!!

Glossybox in USA is closing down
Glossybox in USA is closing down, and a lot of older boxes are on clearance. I ordered 3 which arrived very quickly, but the last one was incorrect. I reported it right away and included a picture, and customer service was great at handling it and are sending a new one out asap. I'm sad they decided to stop shipping here, this was a great box company that offered different items than what others in America offer.

Awesome prices
Awesome prices, free shipping and a great selection of beauty products. The only con is when you must make a selection for a specific box variation, the variations are not listed. Therefore, you do not know what selection you are making…you just have to guess. But, for the price, it’s not a deal breaker

Buyer beware…multiple unauthorized transactions
I ordered several boxes from this company, all of the products were not there, I ordered more boxes (8) and was charged multiple times, was sent two half empty boxes with none of the products listed in the description. Months went by I was never updated about the other boxes until I emailed. They said they cancelled my order and were refunding my card. I never received credit and was instead charged once again for more boxes!

Frechheit was ihr macht !!!!
Habe zwei einzelne Boxen über das flexible Abo bestellt und kurz darauf wieder gekündigt, da es mir nur um diese Box ging.
Meine Kündigung ging bei Glossybox nie durch!!! Obwohl in meinem Konto stand, dass KEINE aktiven Abos auf mich laufen, wurde für die nächsten Boxen abgebucht!!!!
Habe mich dann an Klarna und an Paypal gewandt. Da ich beide verschieden bezahlt hatte. Paypal hat mir geholfen das Geld wieder retour zu bekommen.
Klarna kann mir nicht helfen und hat die pausierte Zahlung wieder freigegeben.
Von Glossybox direkt bekommt man keine Antwort auf die Nachricht, dass das Abo gekündigt wurde.
Nun 10 Tage später wollte ich mich nochmals an Glossybox wenden und in mein Konto einsteigen, haben die meine Email plötzlich nicht mehr registriert?!! WAS ZUR HÖLLE ?!
Also ich hoffe doch wirklich stark, dass es das nun war und mein Konto endgültig von euch gelöscht und storniert wurde!! Diese eine Box werde ich wohl noch zahlen müssen, aber dann kriegt ihr nie mehr Geld von mir!
Habe auch die Erlaubnis bei Paypal gelöscht, dass ihr abbuchen könnt.
Werde mich ansonsten auch an den Konsumentenschutz wenden bei uns in Österreich, dass da etwas unternommen wird!
GLOSSYBOX ist ein absoluter SAUVEREIN ! Es tut mir leid für diese Wortwahl, aber ich finde keine Worte mehr für diese Firma und könnte mir selbst in den Allerwertesten treten, dass ich bei euch überaupt wieder etwas gekauft habe.
Das war das aller aller letzte Mal!

Zero stars was not an option.
I received the Glossybox monthly subscription as a gift November 2022. The company discontinued service in the US in June and I never received any correspondence to inform me, nor received a refund to the original buyer for the remainder of the subscription that had already been paid for. I had to reach out myself to customer service which proves to be difficult as nobody answers the telephone when you call the number listed on the website. I finally received a credit of $70 to buy old expired products.

I am a return customer period I used to get the glossy box every month for about 5 years. I took a break but I missed them so much. I just reinlisthey have the best stuff.

It was easy to place my order for the Advent Calendar. I first had to make sure you shipped to the US since you stopped shipping monthly subscription boxes here. But that was simple enough also.
I especially liked your price for the Advent Calendar this year. I’ve gotten them previous years at a much higher price.
