Bought a Belling cooker two years ago The main oven element failed. When I contacted Belling they offered to repair it at a cost of £165. I had it repaired locally for £60. Why did it fail after only two years? My previous Belling cooker lasted 30 years before it failed.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Have been waiting for the right part to come for over 250 days, if I don’t call them and consistently chase them they won’t chase it up. I have even had a technician come to my house with the wrong part and nothing has been done to chase it up. I have asked to speak to a manager on several different phone calls, there is never one available or there. I’ve had to put a complaint into fair trading to hopefully get something to happen. I would never buy an appliance again that this company supports so I never had to deal with them ever again!!!

This company is an absolute waste of time, purchased a shower from them in June. It has now stopped working and I've tried for 3 weeks to get through to them. They never answer a phone/email. You can only fill in an online form of which they ignore.
They know I am a disabled customer and the shower is installed in a purpose-built wetroom. It makes no difference to the response.
What's the point in offering a 3-year warranty if they do not respond!
I am now going down the not fit for purpose route and need to purchase another shower and pay for it to be fitted

Dimplex do not reply to enquiries by email. They don't care what is said about their "customer service" on this site. It's useless to complain and a waste of time writing a truthful review.

Lovely electric fire from Dimplex called Oakhurst. We saw it working in the showroom and were highly impressed. It is very pretty and has a fully three dimensional fire effect. It now looks great in our lounge.

The big problem is when the heater is on. (Because that's what a fire is for.) The noise is overpowering and the radio or television needs to be turned up a long way in order to hear clearly. We have solved this by now having an electric fire next to it, which looks silly. A Dimplex engineer came (a week late!) and basically gave the impression that there is nothing he could do. We are stuck with a Dimplex fire with another fire next to it.

Don't expect an engineer to call the day they say they will. My appointment was for between 08.00 and 18.00 so I stayed in all day. No-one arrived and I had to make another. The lady in customer service was most apologetic - I felt sorry for her because she was so busy.

Another problem with Dimplex is they take up to half an hour to answer calls in "customer service". The lady said that they are unexpectedly busy at the moment because of the cold weather. I heard on the news yesterday that we have just had one of the warmest Octobers in years. If you are going to make excuses you should be plausible. The fire was off at the time or I would have found it difficult to hear the news.

I have repeated this review on the Dimplex page so their customers are aware of a product which in nearly good.

Stay well away from this company. I bought a Redring WS7 water heater with 2 years warranty to use in my kennels it lasted 7 months until the soldered joint on the water outlet failed a wet everwhere through. email customer service 3 days to reply they say nothing after 3 days so phoned half hour to get through since then I have been told so many lies its unbelivabe. 2 weeks later no replacement and not one in sight. TERRIBLE AFTERSALES SERVICE AVOID ALL THERE PRODUCTS>

I had a engineer booked for a fault on a Dimplex optimist fire for the 11.10.2019. No one called, phoned or emailed. I have been trying to contact someone ever since via phone email. Just cannot get in touch. Does anyone know who handles the complaints for this service...which I am paying for by the way. By any standards this is a very poor service.

Time wasters! I bought a xpelair extractor fan that had a part missing, the box stated to call them before returning to place of purchase but when you call they put you on hold, I tried a few times but gave up after 10 or 15 minutes. I also tried online and was told they would reply in 3 working days I waited 8 days and nothing. It seems like they want to waste your time by encouraging you to wait for them and never contacting you. I will avoid them and any of their products.

I recently made two purchases with this company. I purchased two oven door seal kits via their customer service telephone number.
Both staff members were courteous and efficient. I received my purchases promptly and well packaged.
I would have no hesitation in recommending GDHA and if I need to purchase any more spares for my oven, I will definitely use GlenDimplex Home Appliances.

Excellent service, speedy delivery, good sturdy oven. Came with a 5 yr parts warranty included. Customer service was excellent.
