Very Impressive
Difficult to determine the quality of products when ordering online until, you speak with the recipient, and the comments are overwhelming. My gift was so well received, and the quality of the items were fabulous. All said, I made a great impression.

Don't waste your money...
I received a box with a hand full of snacks inside of it and a bow. The arrangement is nothing like the photo. There is no way these snacks are worth the price of this basket. I could of used my money to purchase a better gift. I am greatly disappointed in this gift basket.

Regarding presentation, we do show the gift with the items all standing up, as to showcase the type of goods that are in that particular gift. For shipping purposes, those items are neatly packed within the container they arrive in to protect them during transportation.
You had also mentioned that there were just a handful of snacks. Might we ask if some items were missing? We absolutely want to make sure you are getting the proper gift and the proper contents and would like to share this information with our Quality Assurance team.

Missing basket items
As with our last gift, the receiver complimented the presentation and array of treats in the basket. What wonderful polish and presentation. This rating would have been a 5 star, but for the fact there was no cheese present in the basket as listed on the basket contents.I would understand if an alternate cheese other than the one listed needed to be included in the basket, but no cheese at all was included. I spent hours looking for the perfect basket on mulitple sites that had the perfect compliment of each item. Cheese was very high on my list, so needless to say I was extremely disappointed when my aunt said there was no cheese in the basket.

Very disappointed with the purchase…
Very disappointed with the purchase again this time, my fiancé was in the hospital and i had specifically picked a date of delivery for 22nd July but the fruit basket got delivered on 21st July instead. Since there was no-one at home, this was lying in front of the door with high chances of it getting robbed. Secondly the balloon bouquet was picked with a smiley on it and the one that got delivered was a wink !! Like how can we go so wrong on gifts suddenly, totally disappointed in Gifttree

A Birthday Disaster
This purchase was a birthday present for a friend who lives in another state. It came on the day promised. One apple was brown and mushy and one pear was also mushy. It came with only 3 chocolate chunk cookies instead of 12 assorted cookies and 3 carmels. Who packed this? Where is the quality control? I ordered from Gift Tree because of the good reviews. I basically paid $100 for 3 cookies, 3 carmels and a few pieces of fruit in a basket. The food value was less than $5. I am so mad about this. I want my money back. My birthday present to a dear friend was a disaster.
