I have ordered from this business twice. Both times they sent an incorrect spirit. They left all my messages unanswered the first time. The second time they offered a $10 refund on a $75 incorrect bottle. I have stated that I am going to leave honest reviews on all online consumer sites, but they do not seem to care. All of the feedback on their socials is bad.
I ordered a whiskey in a bottle shaped like a seahorse from this company. The outer box appeared to be fine, but upon unwrapping the item’s box it quickly became apparent the box was damaged. The bottle itself had a medium size scuff mark. I called Quality Liquor, and the responded quickly. After conferring with their shipping department, they offered to either reship a bottle after receiving the damaged bottle or to refund $10. This was AFTER they told me these bottles rarely arrive to the customer undamaged. This is obviously a problem. My husband is a collector so the bottle is virtually worthless at this point.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don’t stand by their products.

I ordered a Johnnie Walker XR 21 at a good price. I called twice to get updates on the shipping and the people with whom I dealt were patient and courteous - and they got back to me with the pertinent updates. The bottle was very well packed and arrived in
perfect condition. I would both purchase from again and recommend Quality Liquor!!
I would give 0 but not an option. Ordered wine as a gift on 12 27. Never heard on status. Wrote over the weekend to another email address vistawinespirits.com. all of a sudden I get an email yesterday that ordered ship and will be delivered 1 13. Today I get a notice that one item was not available and would be refunded. Joke.
Follow up- they contacted me. Apologized and offered me a gift card for $19.99. Same amount as item that did not ship. So, let get this straight, they want me to buy a bottle of wine and spend $30 to ship to me? They need to change their tag line about being the "go to online store." And they need to contact customers when complete orders can be filled.
Ordered one bottle to be shipped. After a week with no shipping notice, emailed customer service with no response. Found a phone number and was advised that department didn’t come to work till noon. Cancelled order after they confirmed still not shipped, but they still charged me 10% restocking ( even though not even packaged yet). Refused full reimbursement. If you are too busy to fill orders over the holidays, maybe try working before lunch?? Very disappointed and will never use their service again.
Ordered on 12/4 as of 12/23 order still not “in stock” or shipping but seller refusing to do a full refund. Seller previously claimed ordered was being packed and shipped 12/20. Poor customer service to say the least. Insisting on “restock fee”. How can there be a restock fee for something you don’t even have in stock?

Only one Star because there's no zero. Ordered from them before, said item was in stock. Then said it wasn't and they can send something else or refund. Said I'd take the refund. They said there was a 10% restocking fee. For something they don't have.
Tried to give them a second shot a few months later thinking it was an honest mistake. Different items this time. Same thing. Suddenly not in stock. Asked for a refund and 2weeks later, still zero reply and zero refund. Complete scam. Do not waste your time.

Do not use, will screw you out of money. Sent the wrong item, notified day of receipt, asked if id rather just keep what I had - hell no, it's $125+ less than what I paid for. They promised to resolve but never responded once I asked for return label, thankfully...at least I have an overpriced bottle of something. Multiple attempts to contact with little to no contact or refund.
I had a short trip to the area for work and wanted to pick up a present for my dad, who tends to dabble in his whiskey, being an Irishman. I don't drink myself, but the staff were lovely enough to provide me with some suggestions based on the info I shared about my dad's whiskey tastes. Really nice family-owned place, which is great to see and support. My dad also says thanks for the whiskey 🥃
Poor first purchase experience. the website had the pictured item -- Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur - however what arrived was Pomp & Whimsy Gin (regular). I emailed sales @ vistawinespirits . com and got a response from Ameen Bouzganda offering me a 10% refund and to keep the order. I declined saying I wanted what I originally ordered. Ameen replied that what I received is the only item from Pomp & Whimsy they carry. Question: why offer Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur if you do not carry it? Very Poor service, and I will not purchase from "Quality Liquor Store" again and will put my review on all places where it can reach a wide audience so no one has to go through this again. I'd give a zero star rating, but that was not an option.
Update: received a call from Vin owner of Quality Liquor --real nice guy. He wanted to make this right. he and I collaborated on what can be done to replace what was sent, vs what I ordered. He is in progress with a third party to fulfill orders, and there are still bugs to work out on the communications. I get that. He looked in the warehouse, and they did have what I ordered in stock. I had a tracking number within 15 minutes, and my order was on the way. I update my review to five stars and excellent customer service. thanks Vin! we will order from you again!
These people are so slick, but please be careful and DO NOT order from Quality Liquor Store. I had an issue with them back in January 2024, and I ordered a bottle of Le Portier directly from their website and never received it. I kept sending emails and calling, and no one would respond. Finally, almost a month later, I got an email stating that they would be looking into my issue and contact me. This never happened!! I reported the transaction to my financial institution for fraud, and they have yet to refund my money. I took this issue to the BBB and filed a formal complaint. Fast forward, I "THOUGHT" I was doing a pre-order of the Le Portier through an official Le Portier website. Keep in mind the site I was on had a url of shopleportiershay. I placed my order and felt good to go. on February 11, 2024. February comes and goes, so I contacted this company for status. Guess what???? The email address to contact appeared as sales at vistawinespirits !!!!! It's the same email address the quality liquor store uses, so I was right back where I started—this time, losing out twice. As I was NOT refunded the first time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO THROW MONEY AWAY!!!! I hope they are stopped sooner rather than later, and the phone number is a joke. No one answers, and you will leave messages until you are blue in the face. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!!!! UNJUST DOESN'T PROSPER!!!!!
I ordered from here twice now first time was ok took a while but did get the products. Second time I ordered was horrible. I waited about a week and a half with no updates so I emailed them with no response then a few days later I requested to cancel and it was cancelled with a 10% fine as they call it. I was told the product was not in stock and they were waiting for it. So they sold me a product they did not have to charge me 10% which is ridiculous. You’re selling something you don’t have and then charge people when they want to cancel. It is a scam. Stay away go to your local liquor store instead. I wish I knew this information before I purchased.
I placed an order January 11th here it is over a month. They did not respond to my emails and not answering the phone. This company needs to be reported and shut down ASAP! Definitely about to get the law involved

these guys are scammers, they charge your card, print a label to make you think they are going to ship the item and never ship it. they refused to process a refund so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. AVOID THIS CROOKS AT ALL COST

I live in Virginia and its been somewhat challenging to find an online retailer that will ship here. And then I finally found Qualityliquorstore.com.
I've been so happy with their service! My last shipment was the first time I had encountered any issues at all. FedEx screwed up the shipment and it never even made it out of California. I contacted Qualityliquorstore.com immediately and the owner, Sal, replied right back expressing his concern and he immediately reshipped the order at no additional cost at all!
