Still waiting for the gift to be delivered. Admittedly, the receiver wasn’t home on two delivery attempts and on the third attempt, the receiver was home but the deliverer didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door and left with a note to say that an attempt was made. Contacted the help desk and received mixed messages. The issue still hasn’t been resolved.

It's very hard to get in contact with customer service. This gift basket was being delivered to my disable mom for her birthday. Since they require a signature I needed to know when the gift basket was being delivered. Since they send their gift baskets Fedex and it was shipped already on the way I would have to contact FedEx which is a nightmare. The FedEx Driver left the basket outside in the Florida Sun on Saturday and my mom didn't even know until the next day ruining the chocolates and probably the wine. This delivery process was so bad I can't say if the basket was good. Next time I'm using a local company.

Easy ordering and delivery. This was a gift for a friend who was dealing with some difficult circumstances. She loved the presentation. I loved the customizable ribbon.

My first time ordering from GiftTree...gift basket sent to my Granddaughter away at college on the occasion of her 21st Birthday. She was thrilled with the quality of the contents...including champagne. When there was a possibility that she had not taken possession of the delivery,GiftTree customer service was prompt and attentive and ultimately it was a FedEx mistake. I'll certainly order from GiftTree in the future...great value and customer service.

I paid extra to have the gift delivered on a specific date and it didn't happen.

Presentation not like website. Snacks arrived flat in basket covered in wrap instead of the nice presentation in the pictures. For $150 it was not worth it and the recipients said some of food was stale

The products seem fine however the delivery person must’ve dropped it, because both of the boxes were broken.

We have used GiftTree several times now, first finding them after a few poor experiences with Harry & David. We'll never go back as everything is always of the highest quality and care. You can't go wrong with them.

Not sure why but it took three attempts and not delivery. I gave them the recipients phone number and they left a voice mail for recipient. Then I left a voice mail for recipient. I placed my order August 26th My google search and you website led me to believe that you were local to Pittsburgh and the item would be delivered promptly. Gift was finally delivered on September 15. Does not instill with confidence. I did order another gift order and it was delivered more promptly. But you know what they say about first impressions. I am searching for another gift company for subsequent gifts. Thank you.

I was helped by Stephanie. To be honest, there wasn't one aspect that was not perfect. She even helped me pick out specific types of baskets for a diabetic and large attorney office. My order was 14(13 of the same and one different). She got me a $20 discount on an $89.99 basket. We must have exchanged a dozen emails and phone calls. They are currently being delivered, I think I am waiting on the last three noticed of delivery. Come Christmas, there will be at least six more I will need. A wonderful and smooth experience and process. Thank you.

The customer service was terrific. Great communications! There was a concern with the delivery but all worked well. And I appreciate the help and concern from Gift Tree personnel too! I received word today that the Basket has arrived and they LOVED it! So thank you! I will definitely be buying from GiftTree again!
