Order No 11518
Thank u for arranging the order but my sister has not received the chocolate box as described in the combo.
Bit disappointed

My experience with this gift delivery service was extremely disappointing. Despite being assured of delivery before 6 PM, the order was chaotic and incomplete. The flowers arrived early (2:45 PM), followed by the cake arriving late (5:30 PM), and the wine never materialized. This unreliable service caused significant disruption, as I was forced to wait at home all day, preventing other plans. It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund for the missing wine, despite repeated attempts to contact the company. Their poor communication and lack of accountability make this a very terrible business to deal with, especially for important deliveries.

Wow it's a nice way to send gift to dear one from far. I have used this shop before. I feel they are doing a wonderful job.
But after the delivery I have observed that the cake which I ordered was not the same as the cake you delivered. No writing on the top. Decorations were not the same what I saw in the catalog. I think that should not happen.

it was very easy transaction and will order more in the future

For the second year in a row, I've turned to Gift Delivery Canada to send a birthday cake to my friend in Canada, and they’ve made the process seamless for someone ordering from outside the country. Unlike other bakeries, which often complicate international orders, Gift Delivery Canada consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Their user-friendly platform and reliable service make it my go-to choice for sending birthday cakes to my friends. Highly recommend!

Delicious cake. Beautiful design. Friendly staff. Will be back for every occasion

This is the 3rd time I'm using this service and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend to all

It was a flawless experience in choosing the cake and the process of ordering, to making the payment.

The experience was just amazing. It was my first time with GDC. They answered all my queries promptly and also informed me when the delivery was done. The delivery was just on time - no delays at all. When staying away from family, platforms like these help us make wonderful connections. It was my 6 year old's birthday and I couldn't be there. But thanks to GDC, he was just soooo happy seeing the cake, cutting it and enjoying it! Thank u so much

Just ordererd a cake for my friend’s birthday and I’m already impressed! The design, the service and the attention to detail are top-notch, can’t wait to see (and taste) the final result

I love this site, easy to use, nice option, great job!

I finished the order in less than 2 mins.
Really great!

This was my first time using this international platform, and I found it very easy to navigate and complete transactions. I’m truly satisfied with the overall experience. The product quality and delivery service both exceeded my expectations and never let me down. Unfortunately, the recipient wasn’t home at the time of delivery, which was my oversight. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience. Well done—keep up the great work! Wishing you continued success.

I purchased from Gift Canada Delivery for the first time today (02Sep2025), and the whole process was very smooth and convenient. The website was easy to navigate, the checkout was simple, and I loved that I could easily include a personal message with my gift.

I also appreciate the little perks—they gave me a coupon code for new customer, which made my first purchase even more exciting, and I’ll be receiving $5 for writing this review. That’s such a nice gesture and shows how much they value their customers.

I’m hopeful that the gift will be delivered on time (04Sep2025) and that “my message” will be received as intended. So far, I’m very impressed with their professional and reliable service. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I look forward to ordering again in the future.

It was easy to order through the website and delivery was nice and easy! I would definitely recommend and order from then again

Very good service . They made sure that my cake order is taken care of very well. I placed order from Australia. It was very easy online transaction and they personally contacted me to take care of everything in my order. Cake is extremely delicious as well. Highly recommended.
