On going through the stages to ensure I can manage to do Koi Yoga at the age of 86, I felt all the instructions of how to join up are very easy to understand. Only concern I have is that I no longer cook, and meals are supplied to us, but they are all very nutricious, lots of vegetables, and no sweets. It is the Yoga exercise that interests me most here.
