The plan, science and overall experience was good but I obviously don't know if this will work. I did not like the heavy additional marketing attempts following my signing up to the plan. I don't like to be coerced into buying additional things.

Deceptive and glitchy
The advertised price is a lie. I selected an ad for the "Lifetime Access" at $89.99 and wound up on a plan charging $635.56 per YEAR. When I brought it to their attention, they basically shrugged and said that's the cost. Unethical and dishonest.
At $90 for unlimited access, it was a decent product. But if they're charging any more than that, it's not worth it because the videos worked ok for the first week or two, but eventually they began to freeze or go black nearly every time. I was constantly deleting and reinstalling to try to fix it, but nothing seemed to help for more than a session or two.
Edit to respond to the CS reply: I read it all before choosing the product, and it was clearly stated that I would have an option to select a Lifetime Upgrade for $89.99 following my 12-week subscription. I have been turned away by 2 customer service representatives already with the same claim. The advertised terms were not adhered to.
