This was a renewal and went smoothly. GG know my requirement may change so make sure the cover is as required but are very efficient, professional and patient in their engagement style.

Genuine and professional
A fantastic team of genuine and professional people. Insurance isn't something you want to mess up and with GG I feel informed about the decisions we make on what or what not to include in our policy year after year. They give us the confidence we need in our insurance to operate properly.

We hit a difficult start with our game…
We hit a difficult start with our game and had no choice but to ask GG Insurance to cancel our brand new policy (that had just started).
Communication with GG Insurance was great and we managed to get it cancelled with no extra charges, no fuss or delay on GG part. It was a huge plus because when things don't go to a plan things like that matter a lot.
We are very disappointed with how things went with our game but knowing that GG Insurance was helpful all the way we really hope we come back one day.
From our research GG Insurance appeared as the best option. We cannot say anything about claiming on the policy because we didn't, but as far as we got it was really good experience.

The owner, Phil Wildman, is a gamer himself and specializes in insurance for this industry. Plus their head office in London gives them an edge to be able to have in-person rapport with the people at Lloyd's. I feel in very safe hands with GG.
