I couldn’t recommend Paul enough! I’m a first time buyer, doing it completely on my own after a pretty stressful couple of months that brought me here and Paul was just brilliant. He held my hand throughout the whole process, was very transparent and honest with me throughout, gave me regular updates and once I provided the info he required, he dealt with absolutely everything for me while also securing me a great rate for my position. Genuinely could not be more grateful for him and I couldn’t have chosen a better person to deal with my mortgage! Thanks so much Paul.

Paul Smulovitch is THE best mortgage broker. He has helped various members of my family get the ideal mortgage for them and he’s just done it again for me. At every stage of the process, he listens to what you need and comes up with the best advice and the perfect product to achieve everything you want. There’s no time wasted. He knows every mortgage out there and makes sure it’s tailored to your requirements. In the 14 years I’ve worked with him, he’s never disappointed me or anyone I’ve recommended him to. We all have dreams of property we might buy if only we could get the funding. Paul makes it happen. I’m always so grateful to him.

Happy long-time customer
Since 2016, I have always find them, (IPFS Ltd), to be friendly, professional and efficient. They work with such a broad range of lenders that they have been able to find me products that I would not have otherwise been able to get, most recently in 2025. I highly recommend them especially if you have a complicated situation.

I would highly recommend IPFS to anyone. Paul is very professional, friendly and highly knowledgable and has a very customer focused approach. He made the process is securing a mortgage very quick and simple.

Paul and IPFS are fantastic!
Paul is absolutely fantastic, he helped us through our whole process of applying for a mortgage when we was moving house, he could not have made the process any easier, he gave us lots of options and information, good advice on different mortgages and how to port our existing mortgage over, could not recommend Paul and IPFS any more, there was no negatives at all with our whole process and I hope to work with IPFS and Paul for many years to come
