We were using upside just fine
We were using upside just fine. My husband got to $37 and somehow his account was hacked not sure how because we never gave anybody any of the passwords and we never got any resolution from upside. They claimed it was our fault that we gave the password to somebody else blah blah blah blah blah. They never took any ownership for for the incident. We never authorized the cash out and yet a cash out was made to a phony account. I would never use them again and because we're out of the country I can't cancel the accounts yet but as soon as we arrive back in the States both our accounts will be canceled. I don't trust them. They were not nice in terms of resolution and it was only over $37 so you think that they could have given us the $37 and call it a day. But no they had to give us garbage and I don't recommend them to anybody.

I have had great success with upside. I only encountered one problem where a claim was made by me. I figured it was a mistake made by me. Customer service was very informative when I contacted them and responded in a timely manner. All in all, Upside is a great way to make a little extra money and help the economy.

great way to save. even if it's 3 to 5 cents a gallon on gas it's still a savings. I love looking before I shop, get gas or go eat if i can save a little money!

I really like Upside! It is very easy to use and I like earning money every time I fill up my gas tank. I have a number of choices when my car is empty to fill up at a gas station near me and earn money toward a future tank of gas or a pizza or something else.

My experience with upside has been good and somewhat unfortunate. I get rewards back from "some" purchases, but not all. Others read "needing review" or "processing" of some sort. But majority of my purchases i receive cashback well 💯

I’ve used upside consistently for 2 years and it sure does make a difference! I’m so glad I referred as many people as I did because I keep cashing out $10-$20 at a time now. Mostly from others activity. I’m getting more use of it than I did when i started because I travel ALOT now. I use it for gas, and my favorite core power shakes from the gas station.

When I started using it after uploading…
When I started using it after uploading everything it was easy, then I'd get gas and the app wanted me to upload everything again, or didn't recognize the gas station (90% of the time, same one). It just got too un reliable so I quite using it. Probably still have some money in my account.

I stopped using this because there are not enough stores in my area that are on this app, I don't eat a lot of fast food and I get my gas at Costco.
