Tickets not arrived

My event is on Saturday, no confirmation of tickets being dispatched yet. No apparent way to contact Get Me In other than a continued loop to automated question answers.

No question stating ‘my tickets haven’t been posted’ or ‘what if my tickets don’t arrive in time for my event’

Found the costumer service number on this site, spoke to Get Me In, actually super helpful and as they couldn’t contact the seller they have found me new tickets.

Sadly the GMI site wasn’t user friendly enough and if I hadn’t tracked down the number using trustpilot.com I would have missed my event.

We're sorry to hear you have had problems getting in touch. Our Customer Service Team can be contacted by using the "ask a question" option on our FAQ page, alternatively they are available by phone on: 0333 321 9988.

Because we’re a resale website and we don't own the tickets we can't give you an exact date of dispatch as this will depend on when your seller receives tickets from their place of purchase

Unfortunately sometimes the event organisers can dispatch tickets close to the event date and even as up until the week of the event. Please don’t worry we’ll be in touch if there is any problem and drop you an email as soon as tickets are on their way to you.

Ticket did arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery 6 days before event - as promised

Received emails from GETMEIN that tickets had been processed, then a week before the event email that ticket already dispatched (with Tracking Number - which worked). Now ticket is in my hand - arrived today Saturday by "Special Delivery Signed For".

So their system works - as described on GETMEIN website. They mention that tickets often not sent by promoters until two weeks (or one week) before the event, which is what took place. The phone helpline escalates action only if 4 days or less remaining before the event.

Awarding only 4 stars instead of 5 because of my worry! But GETMEIN did everything they promised and their helpline works. Have patience.

We know how much you’re looking forward to getting your tickets, but as we’re a ticket resale website we don’t own any of the tickets sold through our site. Because of this we have to allow Sellers time to receive their tickets from their place of purchase, and then dispatch these on to you.

Dispatch often varies between promoters and sometimes tickets are not dispatched by the event organisers until closer to the event date. But don’t worry we’ll drop you an email to let you know once tickets are on their way to you.

Purchased tickets for Micheal McIntyre Brighton for the 30th may 2018 that I thought was through ticketmaster only to be redirected to getmein I have paid £197 for 2 tickets but have not received or even had a confirmation email from them I have constantly tried to contact them but only get a automated reply

Directed to this site having never used…

Directed to this site having never used it before. Thought I'd purchased tickets for Harlem globetrotters a gift for a birthday. As emails are usually proof of purchase thought no more. Turned up to the gig and they informed them that the tickets had been sold. Warned that the chances of getting your money back was not likely. Surprised such a poor reputation. Had to buy tickets again so the evening cost a lot.

Had two recent experiences with Get Me In.
One excellent: received tickets almost immediately.
The other one not so great: ordered tickets months ago and still haven't received them. They might arrive just days before the show but quite hard to get feedback

I have ordered tickets with Get Me In Several times over the last couple of years.They have always got to me on time.
If a concert is cancelled e.g Lady Gaga the money has gone straight back Into my PayPal account so I can get more tickets ;))
Can't fault them at all xxx

Absolutely disgusting treatment

Recently purchased tickets from GETMEIN, the event was rescheduled to a date that I can no longer make due to a deteriorating health condition. The company refuses to refund Ben discuss refunds as they have made every effort to hide their contact information. Once I did manage to get through to them they were appallingly disrespectful and not at all sympathetic. Please avoid this company altogether. It’s better to use EBay or Gumtree or even Craigslist instead. Avoid GETMEIN

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service who clearly couldn’t give a damn that we had been sold tickets for the wrong day! Clearly has a small paragraph script in front of him that said “I can give you an email address and my manager is in a meeting” didn’t apologise for any inconvenience or seem to be able to understand why we were so upset. Money wasted as cannot go to the gig on the dates on the tickets and cannot get money back for the hotel and travel which we had paid for on the date which is on the confirmation email! After a long conversation of me talking and the advisor saying his script I asked him to email the email address over for complaints and he couldn’t even do that.
Pretty sure there should always be a supervisor or manager on shift but the advisor seemed to think I didn’t have a right to speak to one.
DO NOT BUY Through this site.

I feel like I've been mugged!!

I have just purchased Slayer tickets for November. First I am disgusted that Ticketmaster sold out within 1 minute of sale start, only then to appear at twice face value on this Ticketmaster owned resale site. This is just providing a perfect marketplace to rip off the fans. Secondly, I selected 3 tickets at £87 and then on the payment page they had increased to £114, and then the final value on the receipt page is £126!! I absolutely feel like I've been mugged. Draw you in down a dark alley, then smack you over the head and take your wallet.

GOT tickets received 65 £ and charged 131£ +vat and taxes

my friend and I , Bought 2 tickets on the 19/10 /2017 for Games of thrones , and we paid 316,18 pounds . ticket were 131 pound + vat + taxes - total for 2 tickets is 316.18 , then surprise we received the tickets yesterday by email, they are 65£ tickets...where is the difference money? I feel like its a scam as I had just read some review and seen some appalling cases , like ours where the Getmein team responses is always apologetic but nerveless still have bad reputation . now after reading the bad review with similar case I am dreading the worst.... now my friend who paid on the 19/10 from is credit card is trying to contact them ! I really hope they will be honest and reimburse us for overcharging us ! Otherwise will take it with the head office ! 1 week before games if thrones .. I already feel they spoil it ! I don’t want the usual apologies, it’s not enough , it’s disgraceful to say it’s nirmal to pay a huge amount and get a ticket for less than it !

Very poor company

Don't use this company their web site is very user unfriendly you cannot get hold of anyone and there is no way you can review your order. The site is very frustrating and will not give you a opportunity to ask a real question.

having ordered very expensive Stones…

Having heard that my very expensive Stones tickets were about to be delivered, learned with horror that UPS are the courier.
I'm baffled that such a large company seem unable to deliver anything at a convenient time / leave it in a convenient place or have a convenient collection point-unlike Royal Mail or DPD -or why anyone uses them.
Tried to contact Get Me In to express my concern but all avenues seemed to be automated rubbish.
Will now not use Get Me In again and will go back to using Viagogo when I want to be ripped off.

Tried for hours to buy tickets. Kept saying that I was timed out but would not let me log out to log back in. Even switched tablet off and on I was still logged in. Looks like I'll be missing out on this gig after all.
