I like shopping on this site because it's fast with excellent products! This site is of great help to me as I have had back surgery and still can't leave the house! The products are as shown on the website and are reliable! The good thing is that I don't need to check availability for delivery! I buy it, pay for it and then it’s on my doorstep! Thank you 🙏🏽☺️

A fair few things not available when i went to order, however delivery was super quick.

Waited an hour on two occasions for my items

I found the service to be very convenient. My orders always arrive quicker than expected. The couriers are always polite.

Getir is a life saver, when I am working from home. I always get an excellent service and would highly recommend, thank you for being there! You are all amazing!

Usually the fastest delivery time. I’m only 5 minutes away but the longest I’ve had to wait is about 15 mins - excellent. Love the promotions and really appreciate knowing the name of the person who is delivering so that I can thank them personally.

Didn’t get most of my order. Only live chat, not very helpful as they asked me to list every item I didn’t get which was a lot. refund amount is adjusted unfairly as I wouldn’t have made this small order which included promotion item which I now paid full price for.
Avoid!

I got a refund for the missing items but ended up paying full price for items that were supposed to be on promotion. I think this is consumer fraud and very unethical.
Extremely unhappy and would never use again.
I see I’m also not the only one.

80 minuten gewacht. Wel 5 euro bezorgkosten moeten betalen. Die wil ik eigenlijk wel terug....

Missing item. Reported two days after and they dont want to refund because 24hrs is past. Thieves. Last order with these scammers.

I used to like Getir but have now discovered when there's an issue there is no help whatsoever.

I used the "Fresh Is Free" promo but found I was charged full price anyway after checking out despite having the eligible items in my basket. That was £8 or so worth of product I could have bought cheaper elsewhere, and had specifically ordered from Getir to benefit from the promo.

Tried to talk to them through the live chat in the app. This in itself is a nightmare to use as there is no notification of responses. The reps take 10 minutes to answer but if you dont respond back immediately they will end the chat. When I finally got to chat to someone I was told by a rep there was nothing they could do to help and were unwilling to refund me the amount I should have had off by using the promo offer. So that's me waving goodbye to Getir sadly given support is totally unwilling to help and clearly don't care about keeping their customers.

Deliveries work well but Terms and Conditions are unclear when it comes to the ”small delivery fee”. Not possible to find what the limit is and the app only tells to “add items to your basket” to avoid it.

They are aways lying about the waiting times, this time when I placed my order they told me the waiting time was 20 minutes, now I have been waiting for almost two hours!
Really bad customer service.

Good Quality on fruit and vegetables, offers are very good value more than half price. Used promo codes a lot so able to save money. Lately I found a lot of my regulars are out of stock but this is the same on a lot of grocery site.

Schrecklicher Kundenservice! Habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten und keine Rückerstattung bekommen, da die Bestellung vor der Tür abgestellt werden sollte. Vor meiner Tür war nur leider nichts, als es dann auf der App hieß, dass meine Bestellung angekommen sei. Danach wartete ich Ewigkeiten auf eine Antwort vom Mail Support. Man musste regelrecht hinterherlaufen. Danke für nichts! Keine Bestellung, kein Essen, kein Geld zurück.

Mir ist dies auch schon bei Gorillas (vor der Übernahme durch getir) passiert, worauf mir der Betrag sofort erstattet wurde. Solltet Ihr bei der Übernahme nicht auch die Vorzüge des Kundenservices von Gorillas übernehmen? Nur mal so als gut gemeinter Rat. Denn bei Euch bestelle ich sicherlich nie wieder.

Leider habe ich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen gemacht. Ich warte mittlerweile seit drei Wochen auf die Behebung eines Anmeldefehlers! Weder telefonisch noch per Chat noch per E-Mail kann weitergeholfen werden beziehungsweise wird man hingehalten. Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe! Ich werde Abstand von diesem Unternehmen Halten. Die Gebühren sind eh in der letzten Zeit ins Unermessliche gestiegen: Liefergebühren, Service Gebühren und dann teure Produkte! Ich frage mich, wieso die Service Gebühr immer weiter erhöht wird und das Service immer schlechter wurde?! So wird dieses Unternehmen nicht mehr lange am Markt bestehen bleiben !

The service was second to none .excellent service and delivery people are all ways so polite and happy. Keep up the good work.

Fast service and have everything thing you order

I’ve been a customer of Getir for over a year now and I can honestly say that I have never had a reason for complaint.

The produce you supply is excellent and your couriers are also excellent, professional and courteous, always.
